While I have mixed feelings about BBVA I have had extremely good experiences with this branch. Cheryl has helped us through a huge challenging construction loan, two refis and a couple big personal loans and she is great. She is extremely kind, knowledgeable and patient. I will always be happy to do business with her and the rest of the team at this branch.
The bank personnel are good. The bank systems are not. They do not use Zelle. They automatically cancel your debit card if you have not used it for one year and do not notify you. Their systems do not work sometimes even if you do try to use your debit card, etc.
I鈥檝e had PNC bank for 20 years. So glad they are in Lafayette now. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful.
This branch location will run your credit without your authorization! They don't know how to use their banking system, don't apply for anything at this place.
Count your money before you leave the drive thru! They shorted me a $100 and I had to drive back for my money! NON APOLOGETIC AFTERWARDS!! 馃槳
