    Nothing but problems from this branch, the woman helping me was friendly, wish the heavy set gentleman was distracted a little bit longer with lunch options. Continued saying my temporary driver’s license was not a valid form of ID, called the DMV to verify it was in fact valid. Went down the street to the other Wells Fargo branch and had no issues. Horrendous customer service on quite a few occasions. Avoid this branch at all costs. Unless you bring a cheese burger to distract the fatty.

    The dynamic of banking and customer service has really changed. We walked in with ten minutes to spare but couldn’t open a checking account because they were closing. I’ve been in banking long enough to know that you could always stay after hours to help the customer who probably left work early to bring their child in on their day off to get an account opened. Maybe you should change your rules a bit or maybe they’re no longer mandating sales goals so getting my business doesn’t matter. “Courtesy” was your word from Henry Wells and you portray it on your walls but maybe you should practice it.

    I booked an appointment to open a bank account. The lady told me my last name is too long, I have two last names, and there’s nothing they can do about it. I felt very ignored and like they didn’t want to be helpful at all. Maybe it’s time you bring your systems to the 21st century and realize people have long names these days.

    Conveniently located on Wadsworth Boulevard. Banker Rita , Was very helpful through the process of handling multiple transactions.

    I opened a new account with Wells Fargo because my new employer banks there . I thought this would make it so when I deposit my check my money would be available immediately like my chase account . At chase if u bank there and the person giving u the check banks there also and u deposit it your funds are available instantly. Not at Wells Fargo !They make u wait till next day. Why?Then I went to there ATM at 4:00am to pull out 600 dollars to cover my part of the rent and it said that I can’t pull that much out ... why? It’s my money. At chase it’s not a problem. I work too hard for my money , I should be able to get to it when I need it . I Will close account after work today. Chase bank is the best bank I’m learning . Never have these problems there.

    Rude bankers you need to work on customer service. Review update nothing has changed with there customer service in fact they are allowing charges to be made against a canceled credit card. What a mess. Of course it's up to me to fix. Hey wells fargo maybe do the right thing here and help your customer stop telling them its their fault.

    Most telling: when I decided to close my accounts here, the banker didn't even question why or try to get me to stay. A convenient location and relatively hassle-free process for closing accounts are the pros. Edit: removing a final star after they used my review to look up my info(!) and "open a complaint on my behalf" without discussing with me first--this seems like a way they can say "we looked into this negative review and now we can ignore it!" without actual discussion and felt very skeevy to me.

    Two audience for this review. One is the Customer who wants to access the Locker and the other audience is the bank management. I don't blame the bank employees, there are only 2 available to help for accessing the Locker. But there is a manager who is only serving the Tellers and I thought that Manager should be able to help. I spent 40 minutes waiting for someone to help me accessing the locker and it only took 2-3 minutes to complete the transaction. When I was waiting in the Bank, I kept reading their bank motto "Courtesy" as their powerful word for helping the customers. But I feel like that is missed during this time, I am Wellsfargo Customer for 12 years and this is the first time, I felt there is no Courtesy towards a Customer. I hope this review will help the customers to adjust their time, so they can wait for 30-40 minutes for accessing the Locker, unless bank management can make some adjustments to their process and willing to help the customers with COURTESY.

    A good neighbor would never keep their property like this. Hey, WellsFargo, how about some respect for the community in which your customers live. Please put some water on the lawn and clean up the weeds. The surrounding businesses do it.

    As far as basic banking, it does fine. I had 2 issues dealing with this branch. This was a little while ago, but I'm sure these issues are still in practice. 1) Every single time I was inside, I was being pushed to open new accounts. Like how many checking accounts do you people seriously think I need? It got old. And 2) While saving for a house and improving my credit I had a banker offer to look over some options I might have to further improve my credit and help save money. After reviewing my scores she informed me there would be no issue refinancing my ATV loan through wells Fargo at a smaller payment than I was making at the time, and opening up a minimal line of credit to help boost my score. I was hesitant because of my shaky credit history. But I was 100% up front about my previous collections and bankruptcy 4 years prior. She confirmed these would be non issues. So she submits everything to underwriting, and i get a call several hours later DENYING both requests. No refinance, and no line of credit. Not only that, but they put a HARD INQUIRY on my credit, setting me back a couple points. Thanks for nothing. I wound up saving enough and getting my credit to a point where I was able to purchase a home and now use a different branch. But Wells Fargo will NEVER get my business for a loan or anything outside of a checking and savings account.
