Randomly closed with no sign or message forcing business customers to drive to 104th and Huron with no notice. When they are open they are very slow despite not being very busy, and the drive through tubes apparently can't handle the weight of their own bank bags. Ugh!
The worst bank. Unable to withdraw rent /bill money because they do planned maintenance during business hours. Every time I go into the bank there are other customers having account issues. Stopped keeping money in my account for obvious reasons and was charged a fee in which I had to pay in order to close the account.
Fast and friendly service is what I have come to expect from Bank of the West. While new to banking at Bank of the West I have experienced on several occasions tellers greeting customers by name- a nice and unexpected personal touch!
Teresa was delightful and a huge help. I left BOW because my wife and I wanted to consolidate accounts. Even though we weren't going to be customers any longer Teresa was nothing but sweet.
Absolute nightmare banking with these guys. They'll hold your payroll checks and respond a week later as to why all well sucking your account dry with their monster fees. Half their banks are closed so you can't talk to anyone. Depositing cash 50% of the time the machines will eat your money. Customer service is horrible damn near every location I've been in. Want some great advice. Don't bank with them !!
The ATM has been broken (? “Transactions are not available at this ATM”) for at least a month without any signage explaining—and it only boots you out at the very end of the transaction. Such a waste of time. The first two times I assumed it was just a glitch and waited a few weeks before returning—still has the exact same error, still no sign.
The customer service has really gone downhill at this location over the last couple of years. I’ve banked with Bank of the West for 27 years and today they wouldn’t accept my $40 in quarters because they don’t have a coin counter. I even offered to count the coins for them and they said no. SUPER upset and will probably close my account due to this incident. Terrible customer service!!!
This bank has gone down hill since covid hit. Customer service at all locations have been sub par. Ryan, at this particular location, had no solid answer for a simple question concerning mobile deposits then hung up on me because I was asking for better service. Very bad decision on his part but this is what I've come to expect from this bank these days.
I have never been to a more friendly bank, the women treated me with dignity and wanted to hear more about our stories. Thank you for changing how i feel overall about banks.
I have been banking here for almost 10 years at the Westminster Sheridan Blvd location. , Has been a pleasent experience until now. The last four times I have been in the tellers are rude and not friendly at all. It's almost uncomfortable, they make you feel as though you are a burden, as if asking to withdrawal money is a pain. Considering switching banks.
