The best ability is availability. They are always open when they should be, and their customer service is exquisite. The whole staff is dependable, professional, and hard-working. Whenever I had a problem (even if it's with my online account), they did whatever necessary to rectify the situation. And Danny is fantastic. Truly appreciate his humble excellence to meet the needs of the customer.
Even though I am not a customer, I walked by and observed it's quite accessible and it's just nearby to other businesses. It's easy to leave from there to another.

App hasn’t work d since Wednesday. Nobody has any answers. I spend 2 hours a day on the 800 number to get disconnected on right around the 2 hour mark on hold every day. None of these bankers care. Meanwhile I cannot pay any of my bills. I’m Blindly spending money. Nice guys really nice.
Slow as can be. No sense of urgency or knowledge. A simple deposit into my checking account took 40 minutes in the drive thru. (Only car in my lane). Go somewhere else unless you like to wait on the incompetency of these poor excuses for functioning humans, then by all means this location is for you.
Their app hasn't worked all weekend. Nobody will answer the hotline. I've been forced to sleep in the hot car because I can't transfer funds. Worst bank I've ever made the mistake of trusting with my money.
Absolutely amazing staff! Couldn't be happier with my choice to switch over to Bank of the West. This particular location has gone above and beyond for me regularly so far. Highly recommended!
Employee admitted they sent my mail to the wrong address in reference to an overdrawn account. Manager then changed the story and said it got sent to the right address. Manager Naomi refused to give me her supervisors name and contact phone number, then refused to give me her name and proceeded to hang up on me. Horrible customer service.
Used ATM..gave options as far as the money distribution..thought that was cool considering most others are $20's only

Really bad services with the new employees special the arrogance lady in charge, today I have a bad experience with that people there. I do not recommend that bank and that branch. CHASE HAVE BETTER SERVICES
