It is a good bank. Wells Fargo has always been a good and reliable bank. It's just a few minutes walk. One bank people can confidently rely on.

So when I arrived today the line was out the door and there was only 1 teller (a new one). I have now been here 30 mins and only 1 person has left. There was no greeter either. They did put another teller on but it is still absurdly slow. I am very dissatisfied with the time it takes to be seen and how long each customer has to wait even when they do make it to the counter. Very disappointing!

I enjoy banking with Wells Fargo, but this exact branch has been my worst experience ever. Terrible bankers that are inconsiderate with your time.

Horrible experience every time I come here, for a business and personal account I wouldn’t recommend banking here (Chase on Colfax) is a bank I do recommended

They never have enough cashiers! You need an appointment for everything! First bank is the way to go!! First bank is faster, any cashier can notarize!! Wells Fargo says they build relationships. They build wealth on our stupidity to bank with them. First bank here I come!!

Owners should just give up!! This bank is the most time consuming out of all!! A simple transaction/deposit/withdrawal, ect. Will take you 30 mins or longer! The line inside is always to the door and theres Never more than 1 or 2 Tellers working! The so called "Drive Thru" has been closed for Months now, if not a Year. Most of the time the ATMs have something wrong with them or dont work at all! Im very Surprised this location has been open for this long with such horrible service and employee's!! For such a Busy location you would think they would manage better! You're Better off going to the one on Havana or Buckley!

Let me Start by saying…. I never write bad reviews as I am a positive person and rarely write reviews….. I just moved to this area and made an appointment with this bank. Again, made an appointment. Well I got completely lost on my way to the bank, and ended up a few minutes late. Again I’ll take responsibility for getting lost as I don’t know this area , but can I get some grace for just moving here? I told them this, as again literally just moved to this area.. and they said sorry .. we don’t have time to see you. I was like uhhh what? That’s insane. Very unfortunate. I’ll be banking elsewhere.

Rude bank tellers and managers. Only 1 bank teller during peak while managers sit at the desk in the corner and talk. Definitely don’t recommend this bank.

We waited almost 2 hours at this branch to see a Notary Public to get a Lien Waver notarized only to be told by the Notary Public, her name is Adey Yifru, that she doesn’t notarize these documents. She proceeded to tell us what she does NOT notarize and when I asked her what she DOES notarize she said only “letters”. I asked if there was another Notary Public at this branch who could do it, she said no, and when I asked if another branch does it she said no one at Wells Fargo does it. She acknowledged that even if we’ve had things notarized at this branch before, we can not do it now. She told us to go to UPS. We have both personal and business accounts with Wells Fargo and we have a wonderful Senior Business Specialist at another branch who always takes good care of us. When we contacted him about this issue he said he does not know why this employee would say they don’t notarize Lien Wavers because they do. We now have to go across town to see him despite this branch, Aurora City Center, being 5 minutes from where we live and we have had other Lien Wavers notarized at this branch before, so we are perplexed as to why we could not receive this service today. As I mentioned above, we waited almost 2 hours to see her. We got there at 1:21 pm and scanned the QR Code for an appointment, and the text said we were 4th in line. Between 2:19 pm and 3:08 pm we received 8 status updates that we were 1st in line. Again, by the time we got in to see her it was around 3:15 and it was only because we went in to ask a teller if the system was working correctly, which the teller said it was. She finally came out to meet us and told us we could not receive this service. Absolutely unacceptable. We had other appointments today that we had to cancel because of how long this took us. I wish I had asked for a manager but it was toward the end of business day and I didn’t want to make a scene. I will attempt to contact the branch manager and I hope someone from Wells Fargo will see this and reach out to us.. I will also be posting this review on Yelp.
