Most of my experience with this bank is with the drive-through and the ATM after hours. I haven't had a personal negative experience with anyone at this branch the reason I've given in a two-star review is because I've never seen an ATM out of order so often as this branches drive through ATM. I live close by and there isn't another one very close, and by the time I get way out here I'm usually tired and ready to go home and it is so frustrating when, 9 times out of 10, I can't deposit my check or deposit cash into my account or pay my son for working for me. I either have to go to another branch or do it the next day and chances are the ATM will not be working the next day either drive, 9 times out of 10, this ATM isn't working. Seems like a minor complaint, but I can assure you that it is not and it seems like something that they should prioritize getting on top of sooner than later

I don’t suggest this location for any services. Employees are not interested to help anyone. We tried for notary services, but they have mentioned silly reasons to avoid.

After the huge issue with my business banking at the Lincoln and Jordan location I was referred to Clarissa at this branch. It was more of the same lack of commitment and care and absolutely no follow through. Chase business reps are worthless. Customer service on the phone in India takes better care of you as a customer than local branches. My suggestion is bank elsewhere all together!

In reading through the negative reviews I should have read them before I chose this bank to do business with. The doors are open, the lights are on, there are extremely rude tellers whom are not empowered to help you with anything, yet to snidely remark "We all have lives". Appreciate that Issac your business told me on the phone to visit your location to get my problem resolved and in turn seems that because you all have lives, this is my problem and not yours. Don't bother going into this location, they don't have the ability to do anything but man the door.

I have had the worst experience at the Jordan Road branch for years and finally came over to this location and it was so amazing. This is what the customer service should be at all branches. Thank you Blaise for your help today!

Seemed as if the branch manager was being rude to an elderly customer when I walked in, then was rude to me after I inquired about opening a business account, I didn’t have an appointment and she had someone take my name and number which wasn’t the problem at all. She has a very bad attitude, should not be in management and has completely steered me away from using Chase Bank entirely. I would strongly recommend going to the Castle Rock location over this one.

I second the other reviews that this place is so understaffed. I sat there waiting in the lobby for 20 minutes with no acknowledgment. Then the banker made a snide snarky comment saying it’s better to make an appointment. So I just called for an appointment and at the end of the call she said, “It's better to make an appointment.” I said, “That’s what I’m doing - duh!” But in what world are you told to make an appointment at a bank? Never heard of that in my life. Rude and unfriendly people

Two times now I have tried to use this location's ATM. First experience was using this bank's ATM to deposit cash, as I have an account with this bank, opened at this location. The piece of garbage, antiquated ATM misscounted my money and I had to go in the next day, file a complaint and get a credit until I was vindicated. My second experience was 5 days ago. I used a card from a local credit union to withdrawn $400. The machine made a bunch of noises that are to be expected with an ATM counting out twenty, 20 dollar bills, ensued. I was then told that the machine was experiencing technical difficulties and that my transaction was cancelled. That transaction was NOT cancelled! My money was debited from my account. When going into the branch to work this out, I was told that a second party company is responsible for the ATM, and I have to go to MY bank to get my money back. Chase has again proven itself as the uncaring, incompetent, shoulder shrugging (when their customers have a problem), incompetently staffed, behemoth. Keep running your ads Chase, you pathetic moron, we're onto you. PS, going onto 6 days without my money being refunded. How much interest to you receive worldwide with your either incompetent or criminal capturing of people money, even if for a couple days? Are you incompetent or criminal? I need an answer.

Poor, Poor customer service. This is my first google review. In June, I left 2 messages for the local branch because after calling Chase I was told to contact local branch. Branch did not even know they had VM set up. So informed me when I called back that they do not have VM. So, that's why message not received. I called several times finally talked to Brittney and someone else, leaving several messages asking for a return call from a Banker. Now about 6 weeks later, calling again very irritated, asked for a call back today from manager. Received call back today from branch Manager and gave him earful off poor service experienced.

Went into the bank to open a new account and was helped very quickly. All of my options were explained to me and also I asked how I could access my accounts on my phone and that was also explained to me in a way that I could understand! The branch manager was very helpful in checking to make sure that everything I needed was handled! Great Service! Thanks!
