Everything about this place smells wonderful!! Someone always greets you at the door and offers to help with any suggestions during your visit. Incredible sales offered several times throughout the year and there's always a great selection.

I have always loved coming to this store and I spend a great deal of money here. In fact, my latest shopping experience was $397. However, this is the first time I asked to use the restroom because it’s hard for me to get around since I use a walker and I clearly saw the bathroom through the door and the lady would not let me use it, and so I asked to speak to a manager and even Manager wouldn’t let me . I too have a business in Aurora Colorado but I always let the public use my restroom. I guess they think they are superior to their clients well they lost me as a client that’s for sure!.

The staff are friendly and helpful. I love the " buy online, pick up in store " option!

Bought this fragrance and a couple of other items for a great price. Would recommend anyone to go right now before this sale ends! Its a great chance to get new items for a good price.

We came in this afternoon to pick up a few things and use our coupons and we had the best experience! Susie helped us on the floor and she was so sweet and awesome. I wish I caught our cashier’s name (the receipt says cashier # 3502900 I’m not sure if that’s helpful) and she was also so helpful and amazing! It was a fantastic experience and we were so grateful, especially since I had to hobble through the store on crutches!

One the best BBW stores I’ve been to! Very polite, helpful, and genuine. Shout out to this team! It’s a bit of a drive for me, but I do not mind.
