This is my home store for years and it pains me to shop at another lol! The staff at this store treat you like family. They truly care about more than the customer experience. Thank you for always welcoming me and treating me right! You’re the best!

I love the store but it is definitely annoying that when I looked up the hours it says they close at 7pm but I get there at 6:15pm and they closed at 6pm. I know the hours used to say closed at 6pm online but if the store hours aren’t actually changing then why does it say so online?

KATHY and Amy were just the best today! They made me feel like retail and customer service aren't dead. The best service I've had from any retailer in a few years. Thank you beautiful ladies for the best experience! You are absolute Gems!

Won't be shopping with this store at any location anymore as they think it's ok to raise prices 30% as of people didn't already think the prices here were already ridiculous enough lol

This review has nothing to do with the employees but the management; I came to this location at approximately 6:30pm on Tuesday for the start of the Summer Semi Annual sale & to my complete surprise they had already closed at 6pm! The store hours at this location are complete bs. I was extremely disappointed for driving out of my way to get here when the website said you closed at 8pm. Why would you close at 6pm during the SUMMER ANNUAL SALE when you know the store is bound to be significantly more busy? After 5pm on a Tuesday is when most people can go shopping since normal people have work during the day. I watched several other potential customers try to enter the store in complete disbelief that this location was already closed! Pure laziness. Why you'd turn away potential business like that is beyond me. I visited the Orchard location that closes 9pm. I will choose to go to that location for now on & will not be returning to this location since they'll probably be closed due to terrible business hours. Please update accurate hours online.

Amy ROCKS! Not only was she super sweet, her customer service was above and beyond! She helped me with some issues I was having with collecting my points and guided me on what to do when I call customer service about the issues. She even gave me her number to call in case I needed more help. If she could've fixed my problem, I know she would have!

I just wanna know if there ever gonna open back up again or stay closed cause I really like that store cause it was close to me I don’t like going to the mall one just for them cause I’m at the age where I just don’t wanna deal with the mall people.

I usually have a great experience since I go here to spend excessive amounts of money on good smelling stuff. Plus, I like this location because it's not at a mall. The last time I was in got me thinking that the employees are paid on commission though, which I don't like. One lady in there followed my friend and I around the entire store and kept butting into our conversations. At one point I was tempted to hand her my shopping bag and walk out, I never asked for her assistance or opinions and she provided them like a used car salesman.

The ladies who work in this store are AMAZING. So sweet and helpful, I’ve been going here for years and have never had anything but a wonderful experience. In fact, I will go out of my way sometimes just to come to this store.
