The employees were very helpful. Alex and the cashier were both friendly and attentive. The sales were a plus, but the atmosphere is what keeps me coming. I was shopping for a surprise birthday and I got everything I needed from gift warp, decorated bag, and ribbons to tie it all together.

I went in to exchange a fine fragrance mist I ordered online during a flash sale a few weeks ago because I didn't like it and Bath & Body Works products are supposed to be guaranteed. How am I supposed to know I won't like a fragrance if I ordered it online? Usually I don't have a problem, but I didn't like this one. I came in to exchange it and the shift manager was saying things to the associate helping me like "oh, that fragrance is old! How old is that?" The male shift manager grabbed the product and started peeling it trying to find something. Well, if you have a problem with old fragrances, then don't sell old fragrances on your website. Maybe that's why this one didn't smell very good, it seemed a little stale. Anyway, according to your policy, your products are 100% guaranteed for satisfaction. If I'm not satisfied with this product, you should exchange it instead of being rude in front of your paying customers.

This place had the flavors I was hunting for. Mom was super happy with the surprise. Thank you!

Bring back Black Cherry Merlot & Cactus Blossom core body care fragrances. I don't shop at Bath & Body Works anymore since you got rid of it.

Don't work here, you'll work a couple of days with the promise of getting paid and then they'll make you wait a whole month for nothing. DO NOT WORK HERE EVER! They've got great deals if you're a customer BUT NEVER EVER WORK HERE THEY WON'T PAY YOU FOR THE HOURS YOU WORKED. Believe me I'm STILL waiting for my paycheck and it's been a month.

I've always loved Bath & Body works. This store was super packed because of the holiday season. We purchased $80 in this store. We heard other cashiers telling customers they were applying % discounts. Our cashier (I believe she was the supervisor) when we asked about the additional discounts she said there weren't any. Yet to the left and the right of her We heard the other cashier's giving discounts. We must have had 15 items and she packed every one of them in a very small bag. I had to ask for more bags just so the one she packed didn't break. They do not follow covid protocols at all. They have the cash registers so close together that customers are literally touching elbows. Two cashier's were not wearing masks. I hope they see this and make some changes for the protection of their customers.

Went in this store on Monday purchased a gift card for 50$ they said there register went down when she swiped the gift card. I stood around for 30 min while the unplugged the register and talked amongst each other than I asked for a refund because I was tired of waiting they said they could not give refund than they wrote down a customer service number told me call customer service and if customer service would put the money on the card and if they had any questions to tell customer service to give them a call and they would verify that I paid 50$ when customer service called there store they said they never had a problem with there register the lady also mentioned that it happened before so I hope the employees are not scamming there Business and the customers beware when purchasing gift cards from this location everyone can’t take a 50$ loss.

I love bath and body works but the fact that they got rid if my scent irritates me so bad!!! The personnel who asked if she could help me told me that i am not the only one in the past month that has asked for the Twilight mist or moon scent. So that should tell you they need to bring it back!! Other than that they are awesome!!! Sweet and very friendly staff that know their stuff when it comes to helping you find something in there!!

This is one of the larger stores and carries a lot of products from the body care to room fragrances to those fabulous 3-wick candles. Very helpful sales people, too!
