I am unable to send or receive most texts. Cherry Knolls store said I needed an upgraded phone but they are fixin to close this store and their inventory was minimal. Ok, I'll buy one online. Nope, can't remember my password and they want to text me a temporary code but I don't receive the text. Went to the store on Belleview and Wadsworth to get an upgrade and spent $180. Guy assured me that my issue would be resolved. Nope. Still can't text. Called the store, spoke to said salesman and asked if I just need to change my number. Well, maybe. He said he'd talk to his IT guy and get back to me. Never heard from him again. I am paying for a monthly service that I can not utilize. This is unacceptable. Since no one at Cricket can help me, I'm gonna switch to another carrier.

Bought an accessory was wrong size, will not exchange and take more money for correct one. Spoke with manager and refused to return the just bought car charger for the correct one. Do NOT shop here!!!! A joke, could not believe when he said no.

My husband and I went on 03/17/2023 to see if they have a port in number deals. We weren't too happy with our service and decided to return to Cricket. Isc Villerreal, was awesome! He helped us immediately and gave us full details of offers and knew what we wanted. He was polite and well-spoken. We are extremely satisfied with his customer service! I recommend this store and see Isc, because of how we were treated and how much he helped us!...I hope one day he can become a manager! Thank you!

Best restaurant in town best food that service servers are always attentive and helpful even the owner busses tables and takes cash.

Mikaela A is an awful rep!! She’s rude, customer blames and gives wrong information! We went to pay a bridge pay cause we had an emergency and unable to pay in full she said we had a credit on the account so we only needed to pay $6 and if we get shut off to call… which was incorrect. I called 611 prior and it said for more, which was what we were going to pay but with the $6 and the customer assistance fee it took all we had. Very dissatisfied and inconvenienced by her lack of correct knowledge and rudeness. I will not ever go back to this location as long as she’s there and I’ll be sharing with others about our experience so they don’t get screwed by her also.

Really appreciate Justice, and all his help! I hate buying new phones, but my old outdated one broke so I didn't have a choice. Justice made it an easy painless process. I'm very satisfied with the phone he recommended, and the overall experience.

This location has a great selection of phones and awesome customer service! Dustin was super friendly and knowledgeable, and he patiently helped me out for at least an hour. When my old phone wasn't working, he took the time to troubleshoot. Then he explained the benefits of the various phone plans and helped me decide which one was best for me. He also helped me decide on a new phone and demonstrated the hidden features. Dustin provided the best customer service I've ever received at a Cricket store. I'll definitely be coming back to this location for my next phone. Thanks!

ISA WAS THE MOST INCREDIBLY KIND, SYMPATHETIC, AND PATIENT YOUNG MAN THAT I HAVE HAD THE PLEASURE OF SEEING WORK- I WITNESSED HIS INTERACTION IN HELPING A HOMELESS COUPLE. HE DISPLAYED A GENUINE COMPASSION & EMPATHY, WITHOUT JUDGMENT, TO TWO FELLOW, DOWN ON THEIR LUCK, HUMAN BEINGS. GOD+ BLESS THEM & HIM. CRICKET, GIVE THIS YOUNG MAN A RAISE.
