I, like other customers, usually dread going to the phone store. But Dylan was a great help, took care of my trade-ins, and even helped me with a few issues that were beyond his required duties. I'm so glad I recently switched from VZ to ATT!

This store is terrible. We have had two separate problems when trading in phones. The first S22 that we traded in. They gave a six dollars and thirty cents for. After the authorized User realized what Had happened he went back to the store and requested the phone back. The customer service representative just tried to tell him that it was fine, and it wasn't going to be a problem. But he was just reading the receipt and correctly. On the second trading, which was an S20. No, ultra, what's being traded in for an S23 Ultra. They failed to give us the $800 in. Trade in credit because they conveniently stated that the value of the phone was less than $35 tray. They also apply to a different phone number on account. Several of the employees are nasty, And they actually hang up the phone's repetitively. I don't recommend going to the store for any reason.!

Wow! I went in the store recently to upgrade my iPhone. After spending time on the phone with the fraud department for approval (not sure why they were involved) I was approved. The store employee stated his computer froze up during the process and wasn't able to complete the transaction. When he called the fraud department back they claimed I am now declined. Needless to say, I was shocked since I have an excellent credit rating and am recently retired from 40 years of employment with a local government. I walked out of the store with no apology or anything. I felt like a criminal who was trying to rip them off. I wasted 3 hours in the process and am left wondering how they stay in business.

New customer. Lied to. Asked about huge charges per survey. Your store said throw that away it doesn't mean anything. Except when I get a automatic withdrawal of the exact $ amount on the survey. I went back in only to be told, gosh I wish Mr Jesse would have been more transparent. Except it was an on duty manager who confirmed that the survey was bunk. I hate being lied to. Left T Moble to join AT&T much to my regret. Lied to three times. Not a good way to get new customers. No recourse just have to pay over double the charges that I agreed to. SHAME!!

I wouldn't give one star if I didn't have to. My phone has been experiencing cutting out while trying to talk to some one.. Sometimes I hear them better than they hear me..This is iintermittent!. Sometimes the volume or sound of the caller goes back and forth. of the caller goes back and forth.The store person told me the phone is fine. I told him it was intermittent. He smirked and said"I need to learn how to use my phone! I have had Att for 20 years. He Stereo typed me because I'm 84 AND a woman..he doesn't know me!!! I am furious..my son is furious (who is the owner of this account) My son has been on the other end of the cut outs..I can go outside..nothing helps! This phone is broken!! IThappens in Aurora..Lakewood as well as at home in Littleton. .it happens in stores! AND can go to another company if necessary

Garrett is a wonderful sales rep. My partner and I recently got 2 iPhone 14 pros and 2 ultra watches with the whole package and he made it very easy and actually a fun and non-monotonous process. Did I mention my partner switched from T-Mobile and usually is a long process. He made it very easy and quick! If I were to get a new phone anytime soon Garrett is the guy to see!

Retail Store Manager BEN FRY is the worst manager that I have ever worked with!! He loves to look out the window instead looking you in the eye! No self confidence! He couldn't make it at Verizon so now he's working at AT&T.

I usually don't give reviews but had to for this AT&T store. I went in to get my daughters phone activated really quick and it was late in the day already, and got Romeo R. and Brennan who is the store manager there. Romeo not only activated my daughters phone really quick but checked my account to see if I can get any discounts on my monthly bill and sure enough he found a few and made some quick changes to my plan and now it's saving me HUGE per month and no it's not just for a few months either. Romeo helped me out tremendously and explained and was very thorough on how he was going to help me save per month. Romeo was very down to earth and so very helpful. Brennan who is the manager, helped me out also and explained eveything I was getting and helped me out as well. Between the both of them, I told them I felt like I was VIP leaving that store. Thank you both and looking forward in going back there again. If your an AT&T customer, it's a great idea to check in with them to see on how best they can serve you. -Pancho

We recently moved to the mountains and our previous wireless carrier provide spotty service. They were not interested in working with us after 20+ years. It turned out to be to our good fortune. Garrett at the AT&T store was incredible and knowledgeable in helping us select the best plan and very kind in helping me establish service immediately on site. I would recommend this store and provider unconditionally
