Unprofessional employees, don’t know much about the sell because I bought wireless and the says no activation fee but then I got charged for and customer service says there is an activation fee so overall AT&T is really really bad customer. Not recommended for all of you.

Jonathan M was amazing! We all 3 came in to switch our service and we had 5 devices going at once, he was so calm and personable he did such a great job we were all so impressed. Best phone store experience I’ve ever had.

Went with a buddy who gave me a phone. Was greeted as soon as I entered and with just my ID I got service on post paid account! Everyone was polite! Friendly as well

They give great customer service and support for your devices. They are up on current technology and know how to problem solve your devices. I took them in and also taught me a few things about technology. Thats the place to go.

I received the best service from Jonny! He was so patient with me while we waited for data transfers and updates and very knowledgeable about all the products and services. He had answers to all my questions and reassured me that he would be available to help in the future. I've been with AT&T for several years and this is by far the best customer service I've ever received and that includes stores in other states. His interactions with other staff members were also great; everyone was willing and happy to help. I'm so glad I made an appointment here for my upgrade - I'll continue to be a customer at this location for many years to come.

I stopped in this store to see if anything could be done about my iPhone errors when sending photos and text to android users. I’ve been having this issue since I purchased the iPhone pro max two years ago. I’ve been to other AT&T stores and spoke with customer service by phone and no one has ever resolved my issue, Until today. Felipe took the time to sit with me go through my phone settings, made sure I had the latest software update, googled possible causes for my issue and changed my SIM card. My phone is now working properly. Ultimately, I think it must have been the SIM card. Felipe was so kind and helpful and provided the best customer service experience I’ve had with AT&T. Thank you Felipe!
