The young girl who works here is really nice and friendly, my favorite GameStop

Worst location. Really bad at customer service. Walked out of this location more times than I can remember. Need to work on time management and not helping 1 customer for 45 minutes while ignoring others.

Did not get the gentleman's name, but he was very polite and extremely helpful with Pokemon TCG questions. 7/6/2022 was the date at 3:45pm.

This is a typical GameStop but obviously smaller being a mall location but the products are hand were plentiful. The only turn-off about today's trip was, the cashiers boyfriend or friend was hanging around and using some not so kid friendly language. This caused us to not look around in depth and just snag up something smaller other than planned. We'll be back but just hope the boyfriend isn't around or we'll just walk on by.

The staff was helpful but not sure why they had stuff up if it was out of stock

Employees were extremely friendly. Had exactly what I was looking for and also offered a military discount.

Let me just start by saying that Laura was truly amazing today. I’ve been trying to get a PS5 since launch. I was first in line today and she reassured me that I would receive one. Sure enough the message came through and now I’m a proud owner of the next generation of gaming! Will definitely come back to this store with all of my gaming needs. Highly recommend this place to everyone in this area. Thanks again Laura! :)
