Wow! My son is 12 and getting into video games. I am not a gamer and the employee, Zach (He/Him), who helped us was soooooo helpful. He answered every question we had and spread his time between us and other customers who entered and needed assistance. We were there for over an hour as my son browsed, processed, and asked questions. If he did not have an item or could not help with a process, i.e. repair, he knew where we could go. 10/10 would recommend this location.
Nice location. Staff was friendly. Great selection of toys as well as games. We found a couple really cool things.

Amazing service… left the store that closed early to make it to this location 10 min before they closed. I hate being that customer, but walking in the door they gave me great energy and i was in and out in under 5 minutes. So appreciative especially knowing most folks don’t like late customers 🙏🏾
Honestly I am disappointed in the staff the manager. I am a pro and I've been coming here for many many years. It's disappointing. The atmosphere just totally sucks the life out of you.,.
Costumer service is a joke. They don't answer phone calls for over an hour after the recording stated only a 15min wait. After getting through, the rep basically said they can not help me. During a call Transfer, the call was "dropped ". Thank you for noting GameStop customer service
Never again. No more GameStop for me. No phone response. No email response. Comments are being moderated. I'm done.

Favorite Gamestop so far; Michelle the manager there ( I think she is ) is always so awesome! The two other guys that work there are freakin awesome too! had an issue after 3 months and he got me taken care of without me even asking for it. Ive recently set this Gamestop, despite there being a bit closer one, to my home store!
Great employees always very helpful
Unfortunately I had the experience of having to deal with Rebecca at this location. I've been partial to this location since working for the company in the past, but had a rude awakening and experience that will lose my business at this location permanently. Having pre ordered an item, the box arrived late AND had some damage. Instead of offering any sort of help, understanding, or solution she proceeded to give me attitude based on the fact that I keep my items/collection boxed. It is my belief that gamestop should cater to all gamers, and I find it incredibly unwise, and unprofessional to try to dissuade collectors, long time customers, and avid gamers with alienating comments and attitude. With these types of hires it's easy to see why this company is on the verge of bankruptcy.
In this crazy time of people being forced to stay in their homes surrounded only by people who drive them crazy on a regular basis, hobbies and crafts, games and video entertainment are, in my opinion, vitally important to maintain a positive frame of mind as well as giving families things they can do together. I support GameStops desires and attempts to remain open to provide this essential, moral boosting service. Thank you for at least attempting to give people a way to distract and entertain themselves in this time of fear and uncertainty. I am disappointed in the people who turned tattle tale, trying to force this store and others to close and deny others a way to ease their minds because they feel the need to exert control over something that causes no actual harm and may help others greatly just so they can feel a tiny bit better about themselves because they want to make others feel out of control too. Shame on you. Well done GameStop, keep up the good work 👍😁👍
