I came in with my moms iPhone she used for three days before she decided to switch back to android to get the iPhone ported over to an existing account. She asked me to sell it for her now after leaving the store my phone has a passcode on it and I’m locked out of the phone my mom never set q passcode on the phone and the customer service was horrible. It’s my problem now that the representative locked my iPhone and lied and said all cricket stores close at 7 when I called a different cricket store that closes at 8… he obviously needs some training on his job and now I’m stuck with a locked iPhone because of him and he asked if I checked the registry to see if it was a stolen iPhone after I had already explained this was my moms old phone I’m seeking for her. Now I can’t sell it because I’m locked out because it was a completely unlocked restored iPhone and he closes in 15 minutes and had no solution…. I just want to reiterate this iPhone never had a passcode the three days it was used and he was the most unhelpful person who provided the most inconvenient customer service experience and called me a thief.I’ve attached a pic of how the phone was before he touched it - unlocked and ready to port over

This is a very good cricket I do recommend to others.The staff is extremely friendly and go all the distance to help no matter the hassle. I specifically worked with JESSICA the past two days, and she has gone to extreme lengths to help me and everytime I left with all problems solved, please give her this review and she deserves a free lunch! Sylvia Gomez has excellent customer service skills. I called for her at the colfax store to ask her a question and she was not available at that time, but she called me back shortly, and i didn't expect her to call me cause the rep that answered said for me to call back, but i didn't. She goes above and beyond for her customers. Never has this happened in the 3 years of service with at&t.

The staff here was not very helpful. When I arrived I had let them know my phone was having charging issues and that I was pressed for time. They drug they're feet the entire time I was in there. When I spoke to the manager she was also rude and unhelpful. After being there nearly 45 minutes I left with the same issue i walked in with. They could not even sell me a new phone because their system was down all of a sudden, eventhough other reps were helping people around me. Very unprofessional, will not be back.

I must have bad luck. I don't know how I got the rudest employee working for Cricket. Probably time to move on, after this experience.

Sold 2 bad galaxy s3 phones, tried not accepting the second one for a refund, had to threaten to call an actual cricket store to get her to cooperate. Horrible service all around save the time and headache and go to an actual cricket store.
