I had an awesome great customer experience here at the store boost mobile they were great with help me find my ideal phone I bought the iPhone 11 and I qualify for the ACP government program since I have food stamps so all I pay is like $20 a month For service each month. You can’t go wrong with boost mobile. I’ve been using boost mobile way back in the day when they had push to talk walkie-talkie two-way phones. Yes I love boost mobile and I will always be a returning customer. I really would love for them to bring back the push to talk walkie-talkie to way phones. But I guess for now I wanna enjoy my iPhone 11.

I went to this location yesterday. There are 2 women that work in the store. One of them is great she smiles and helpful. But the other one came in to the store from the back room, I am guessing she just got to work after rolling out of bed because of how she presented herself.... man that one... she really acted like if it bothered her that I was even there. She gave me dirty looks and everything. All I wanted to do was switch from my carrier....and I felt so unwelcome that I just left. The one woman ended up apologizing for the way the other was acting. I think the nice one,her name is Shelby or Shelly.... sorry Boost you lost my business. Please let people know that...one... our appearance is important. TWO... the way you treat people will effect your businesses productivity and community rapport.

Go to the Boost store just a block or two east of this store. The manager Angel has jerked me around. I am a senior and sick. But to supplement my income I doordash, and I got a hot spot box through acp program, suddenly they shut it off and claimed acp did not support the hot spot box. I found out they do indeed support it. However, I need box so paid $60, it wouldn't work and they will not refund my money. I drove 87 miles and they claimed I had to call customer service, well I did and they said No store has to refund. In meantime I lost $600 in income because I couldn't afford more to sign up elsewhere. The store just no more then two blocks east would have gave me no problems.

Went in there 8.21.2023 My phone didnt work and the young guy didnt Even try to help or Even touch My phone just said he coulnt help me, went to the other boost and took 2 min to fix My problem. Dont bother coming here they just want to sell You stuff

I just needed a new Sim with the same number, and the guy lied saying he could only sell me a new Sim with a new number, went to the other store, and got it done 5 minutes. They are just trying to sell new activations

I will never forget Shelby Summers she is so beautiful inside out her smile and kindness will never be forgotten I was locked out phone weeks she easily in less than ten minutes resolved the issues with my sim I’m currently homesless she made me feel like I have hope and is so positive her personality speaks volume will always remember her and shop with boost

Stay far away from this location. I bought a phone on 9/22 and it gave me problems from the beginning. Usually, when you go buy a phone, the seller opens the phone, starts it, and makes sure there are no issues. When I bought my phone, all she did was hand it to me unopened in the box. I had problems with the phone from the start. It wouldn't charge, and later that night, it overheated. I brought the phone back to the store the following day and this guy named Ivan(white, haggard looking guy) who acted like he didn't want to do his job, told me that they were out of J7 Refines and sent me to another location that had them. When I got to the location, the guy at that location called him and he told that guy that my phone had water damage. HE NEVER MENTIONED ANYTHING ABOUT THERE BEING WATER DAMAGE! He sent me all the way to another store. I didn't understand that. When I called him to ask him about that, he hung up on me. If I was any more crazier, he would've regretted that. I didn't want to be sitting in jail behind his worthless a**. I have never experienced somebody pull something like that.

I I live in greely". and i cant find one store or customer service like the one in aurora i will drive down just knowing carlos ) is working i know he will help any concerns or any questions i have everytime.i have no dought he will take care of me.there need to be more customer service like him hopefully he will get recognized for his service.your fan lauraine

Customer service is Horrible they didn't even help me. I switched to boost and didn't even get a receipt with my purchase and I asked for the 60$ plan and i got the 35$ plan and I spent 114$ & They Don't Want To Refund My Money For The Extra Amount I Payed I Talked With A Manager She Said She Called Costumer & To Wait For My Refund After Waiting A Few Days And Not Receiving It I Called Customer Service A Sales Rep Said They Would Look Into It And Just Hung Up .....I Don't Recommend This Place If you don't want your money stolen.
