I’ve gotten my phone cases here for the last year! Haven’t needed a repair yet, but definitely where I plan to come if I ever need one. Jae is really honest and helpful with all my phone needs. The cases last forever, and I’m always getting compliments on them. I come here for good customer service and quality products.

They are also selling (Refurbished) for the Price of A FACTORY OEM Samsung Part.They worst Service I have had in a long time. Frist was told they had the Phone Screen instock so I drove 45 minutes down to them. They did not have the right one so I Paid in full for the screen and was told it would be over nighted and Fixed next Day. Well they were actually closed that day and they never ordered the screen. Then I was told the screen would be the next day for 6 more days and then they said it came in but didnt work and had to order again. Mind you that they never called me one time for any of this information. The Number they have listed is not working now, no way to communicate with them. I would never recommend a place like this and To be honest I am not sure how they stay in business treating people this way.
I brought an iPad here for my fiancé present when they left the location in the mall they happened to lose my iPad and took my $200. I tell everyone this place is not to be trusted. I pass by and stop people from going in. I am the reason you lose business. I will never stop until I have what I paid for or it’s made right. I don’t care how long ago it was.
I had The screen for my iPhone X repaired here about five weeks ago. It was repaired quickly and the gentleman that had fixed it appeared to have done a great job. However, two days later my screen started flashing and then stopped working altogether. I brought it back to have it replaced under their warranty since something obviously didn’t go right during the repair and they told me to come back that they didn’t have any iPhone X screens in stock at that time. Now I just returned again and they gave me some new runaround on way they can’t repair it. $216 for two days more with my iPhone X. What a rip off!
Jay who works mornings at Talk n Fix has really helped out twice with our cell phones, saving us over 50% from the Apple store and we've never had a problem with the quality of his work. He is courteous, shares about how he likes his job and this company, he was nice and made my baby laugh, and even gave me a discount of the new screen protector (I had a screen replaced.) We’ve been here twice (zone for my iPhone and once for my husband’s) and we know now that whenever we need iphone repair, I drive 45 min one-way to work with Jay.
They messed up my phone on Friday. The guy told me to come back Monday so he wouldn’t miss out on new customers, which was rude to me but I agreed because I have a lot 1 year old and The kiosk is difficult enough with just her let alone all the people walking by. Especially on a Saturday. Came back Monday morning and waited but no one showed up. I had to leave for a dentist appointment. Came back Tuesday and they were late. And my phone is still not working. Updated 4/24: month in a half later and 5 more visits to this place and my phone was still broken, actually worse because the tech had somehow messed up the touch functions too, and I still haven’t received a refund even though I’ve talked to 3 different people and have been told by each one that I’ll receive my refund in a couple days. I went to apple and they fixed it All for $30. I will never go here again.
Horrible all around. They told us they had the part to fix our phone and it would be done in 20 minutes. We went and looked around for about 45 minutes then came back to pick up the phone and get going. First, we couldn't find anyone to help us. Then we found someone and were informed that the guy fixing our phone had left because they didn't have the part. He didn't even make sure we were okay with him leaving the mall with out phone (we weren't). They told us he would be back in 45 minutes so again we walked around and came back to find him still not back. It took 7 hours for us to get our phone back. We were supposed to be leaving for our honeymoon and had to delay that, on top of having a hungry and tired 1 year old. We finally got our phone back and they refused to do any refund or compensation. Now, the screen doesn't work in some parts and we are going to have to pay to get that fixed somewhere else and they still won't offer a refund. This place is seriously the worst.
So, apple wouldn’t touch my broken SE because it wouldn’t turn on. They told me to get my pictures off I would need to go to an outside company and do a multi hundred dollar data recovery. I stopped by this kiosk with little expectation and in 20 minutes Jay had my screen fixed and I could get my photos off my old phone: so thankful he saved my pictures and me several hundred dollars. Thanks Jay!
