Guy in store was pretty slammed and during his busy period he just couldn't get my glass protector on without something going wrong. I went to do other shopping, came back and he still had my old case and he just replaced my screen NC. He was an ok dude. He apologized and everything was groovy then and afterward. Good public relations. Plus second time around he was not busy and he was just as polite as when he was busy. Nice man....

The dude that runs this place is a stone cold LIAR. Damaged my phone wanted to replace it and he said all he could to is sell me a new phone and would have to get a new number for over $250.00. Well got online got another phone from boost.com. For far far less. Screw this outlet and boost mobile UP YOURS. I have just begun my social media assault againt this outlet. Will be moving my service to another provider. Jerk Offs.

Boost mobile on 6th and sable has to be the worst, the girl who works there is supper rude. First we where waiting there for like half an hour because she wasn’t there, she literally was parked right next to us just talking on the phone...(it’s 3:45 store closes at 7:00) I then tried calling to ask a question and she just hangs up on me! Like if you don’t like your job girl just change dam jobs and let someone else do the job right!

Worst customer service. They refused to replace my glitching phone. Two days after purchase. My insurance.Would not cover it for 30 days after purchase. Even though i was told it would cover it. They gave me a phone number and website. Not helpful at all, rude, sending messages on their own phone while in front of customer. Do not shop at this boost (cyber cell) or anr cyber cells.

The young lady that helped us I'm sorry I didn't get her name but she was pregnant, she was absolutely wonderful. Boost mobile service is outstanding we were with metropcs and it was horrible. We love our new phones and service.

Brought in a phone to hook up she didn't even look at the phone to see if we could switch told us it was metro phone but it was not it just said that because we tried that Sim explained this she still didn't research so went to another boost store got it on no problem... Never go here lazy ppl
