Either these guys like to play games and mess with people or they are completely incompetent. Either way, don’t waste your time coming here. When I called Verizon customer service to inquire about their behavior, the manager refused to talk to the company representative, and canceled my order.

We are brand new Verizon customers. This store (6735 S Cornerstar Way Aurora, CO 80016) had the phones we wanted in stock and our Verizon representative arranged for us to pick them up there. If we were unable to pick them up in 3 days, the order would cancel and we could choose to have the phones shipped to us instead. My husband was called out of town on a business trip and we were unable to pick up the phones. I called the Verizon representative to let her know we'd like to have the phones shipped instead. Before she could change the order, I received an email that our phones had been picked up. We had not picked them up. We discovered that instead of canceling the order, the store created a "force buyout" on our account and falsely noted that we had picked up our phones. This seems at best incompetent and certainly dishonest. After an hour on the phone with Verizon corporate and several attempts trying to contact the store, the issue remains unresolved. We cannot reorder the phones until Verizon corporate corrects the store's mistake. As brand new customers, this was not a good first impression.

Some crews are very helpful (well, one), but other crews will not lift a finger to help current customers. They act like the old "Ma Bells" when you only had one choice for phone service. As a business if you can't at least gain a 4 star rating, yo do not deserve business from anyone.

This location is the absolute BEST location I have ever been to. I have been using Verizon for many years and I have never been as pleased with my services as I was today. I typically dread going to get my phone fixed but Ian made my experience today nothing short of amazing. He had exceptional customer service, was extremely knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me transfer things from my old phone to my new iPhone. He packaged up my old phone for me as well without me even remotely asking just so I could drop it off at UPS and be done with the transfer! He was very efficient and fast with the overall transfer and made the process very easy for me. I truly can not be more happy with my experience with him today. If I am ever to come back I will be requesting him for his help! Jessey was very knowledgeable with all of the Apple attachments as my mom and I were walking around waiting for the transfer to go through on my phones. Definitely would ask for her if you have any questions on attachments! Thank you both again for your kindness, customer service, knowledge, and making this once stressful situation turn out to be a great one with a new beautiful working phone!

I had terrible customer service. My phone calls having issue with call network cause my phone been dropping calls past month and having issues when i try to call out after the call being drop. So they switched my SIM card to see if that works and told me if that works come back and figure it out. So I came back and had different guy I told him about the situation. Right away, He said I either have to upgrade my phone or get it replaced if I have insurance or go to Apple. He didn’t try to help figure out the problem and I was more upset that one the guys that help the first time was one of guys that was sitting at the sit there listening and didn’t say anything to help mouth completely shut. I felt like they was lazy and just wanted sales then providing good customer service! It’s not fair cause we paying for our phones month to month for Verizon cellular services and you guys have employees that don’t care. They attitude showed it and their body language showed it as well. Will not go to this location again.

I came into the store after having issues because my phone was not connecting to cellular service. I spent the morning online, and when they couldn't help me, I went into the store. For some reason, the sales rep was unable to process the warranty replacement (he called it a technical issue on their end). He asked the manager about the error, and all he did was shrug. I was then given a phone number to call (keep in my phone won't make phone calls, which I reminded him of). The sales rep did say I could call from there, but said I would probably be on hold for a while so it would be better to do it from home. When I did call, I spent an hour talking to someone, answering the same questions I did in the store. When the phone technical support finally did help me, they said the store employee could have called in while I was in the store, but admitted the store employees are sometimes lazy. Now I have to wait an extra day for my replacement phone and pay extra to have it delivered on Saturday. If I could leave a negative star review I would.

So I arrived there 20 min before 7pm tonight to try and get help from this phone company and after getting charged 1200.00 on a visa that was used to make 2 one time payments (on the same day within 5 minutes of each payment) months later they submitted these payments for 1500.00 & 400.00 without authorization. Upon knowledge of this transaction they stated that I set this payment up for automatic payment. Though of that was the case my bill would've been paid every month by that card without a 3 month lapse. Needless to say I've spent such an insane amount of time on the phone either chatting or waiting on hold to speak to a representative never once getting anything accomplished hence my reason to visit the store in person. I was checked in by manger whom I explained everything to, afterwards he disappeared so I waited, and waited.... watching 2 different parties enter store and get helped b4 me than once the second party was leaving dillion was escorting them to the locked door when he acknowledged me asking that I too just needed to get let out!!!! I replied "No, I'm waiting for the manager who checked me in over 25 minutes ago." He says oh, okay let me go find him...... He returns and although was informed with the information regarding my visit he insisted (reality just calling me a liar) that I could get thru to a real live person with Verizon if only I call the number. The number I've called and have waited on hold on two different lines for over 46 minutes and never getting any rep on the line. All I wanted to do was to buy two new iPhones. I spent 4 plus hours on father's day chatting with sales to place the order just to learn 5 days later that the order wasn't placed. So I spent another 2 hours re ordering them as this iPhone was the gift my father deserved from me!!!! Though sorry to be informed I was SOL, As Dillon says there Closed now and can't help me the systems are shut down!!! I'll be paying 212.00 for on months service I got one line one 21+ phone that was suppose to be the ultra that I just learned isn't as this phone don't look anything like the 21+ultra!!! I feel beyond dooped!! It truly makes me feel worse than a sucker at a used car lot, or a customer who was sold blinker fluid at an auto shop store!!!

Huge shout-out to Ellis at this location! He was super friendly and helped me get all the specials I was eligible for after my old phone took a dump this morning. Honestly have never had so much fun getting a new phone and suuuuper happy with my new Pixel and Google Watch! Thanks Ellis, you rock!!!
