I just switched to T-Mobile from Verizon after 17 years of being with them. This process was quick, easy, fun and I felt like i was among friends instead of buying a car. Reverie!!!!! THANK YOU! I can't commend you enough for your patience and care with my situation today. Your casual upsell to a good phone, top-shelf case and overall customer service is commendable. If service over the years is as good as my experience today, I see no reason to worry. I haven't had this kind of customer service experience in a long time.
Had a very enjoyable experience with Justin. He was able to help me get my new phone switched over and save money on my plan. I would recommend going to the store, plus he is an absolute wizard with putting on a screen protector!
I went there to shop new phones. Justin and Joe told us there is free iPhone 14 promotion and discount Apple Watches. We decided to upgrade 3 our phones and 3 Apple Watches. They kept us there 5 hours to complete the transaction. Whole family 5 hours there. Joe was very slow as well as Dustin. So I thought I saved some money. Now I am paying $500 a month. We used to pay $193 for 5 phones. I called a T-Mobile said the promotion was not applied correctly. Avoid this location please waste a lot of your time and money. I called T-Mobile they said no free phone promotion on that day unless we add new lines. We have 5 lines already. T-Mobile told us we got fully charged all our new phones instead of new phones. I guess this store makes money selling phones. Justin better know this because he is a manager there. He lied to us to make money
I came in to try to see if I can get an iPad for my wife for her birthday and the woman I’m guessing she was the manager. There was very condescending and rude and did not want to be bothered because she was drawing when I asked her for help. She gave me a condescending attitude and would not answer any of my questions. And when I asked if I can speak to another sales person, she was telling me that I did not have to shop there if I did not want to speak with her. My new I was also there to pay my phone bill so I managed to get another gentleman to help me who is super kind an awesome and apologize to me on her behalf. It’s just kind of sad that this is the kind of customer service standards that this company now has for their employees. I am willing to drive to AT&T from now on and I’m switching my phone plan so I do not have to deal with somebody’s attitude when they are forced to do their job

Best experience I’ve ever had at T-Mobile. KeShan went above and beyond to help me resolve my account issues, Joey helped us problem-solve throughout the process (which took 2 days), and Ken was very nice/supportive throughout it as well. All 3 gentlemen are very helpful & personable. Even though this isn’t my nearest location, I will be coming back & would recommend anyone else to!
I’m came to this T-Mobile to remove some lines I no longer need, this is after calling their customer service number twice with no success. Upon arriving here the representative Jacinda told me she can not remove lines but only add them, she could not provide a receipt for the services she did remember. In the end I sat on hold for a T-Mobile representative on the phone for over 30 minutes without leaving the store. Eventually a new employee Joey came in, called a back office support line at T-Mobile and helped me get the lines removed in about 5 minutes. While jacinda was content to leave me languishing. Please drive a few extra miles to avoid supporting this privately franchised business if you value your time and being told the truth or only ask for Joey.

Great place and awesome customer service. Jason and Alberto are exceptional in their customer service. They went above and beyond making my phone upgrade seamless and easy. They both were extremely polite and knowledgeable. I've been a tmobile customer for over 10 years and it's the exceptional customer service that keeps me as a customer. Great job and thanks guys!
I would like to thank Brenda for her amazing customer service. I came in on Saturday and Sunday because I was having trouble with my phone. She was so knowledgeable about everything and was able to get me in with a new phone, after trying to fix mine. I was there for 2 hours and she was very busy on Sunday and was taking care of 3 people at once. She talked with all the customers letting them know that she or one of her other associates would be right with them. Thank you Brenda for helping me out, your great customer service made my day.
Me and my wife both had phone issues with our phone yesterday. Her phone had bad SIM card and won't recognize cell service. The employee there replaced her simcard while help me unluck my phone. Both our phones were up and running in less than 30min. T-Mobile might not be the best company, but it's the employee/ customer service representative that keeps me working with them.
