The associate who is posted in this picture was extremely rude and incapable of helping a current customer. I had an issue with my phone and was unable to use it. I went into the store to use their phone to call the AT&T customer support hotline. The associate said no to my request and didn't care that I was unable to contact the customer service center to fix an issue that I was going through. With this in mind,I don't have any other opportunities to use a phone except for the carrier that I pay service for. With this in mind, I went to a different store for help where they helped me out to get the situation resolved. The associate in the picture would not give me his name and treated me like dirt. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE BECUASE THE ASSOCIATE IS ABSOLUTELY RUDE AND INCAPABLE OF HELPING HIS CUSTOMER BASE.

Try some vegan brownies 🤌 ▢ 4 tablespoons ground flax ▢ 1/2 cup water ▢ 1/2 cup vegan butter (earth balance brand), melted *see instructions ▢ 1 cup granulated sugar ▢ 1 cup brown sugar, lightly packed ▢ 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract ▢ 1 cup all purpose flour ▢ 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder ▢ 1/2 teaspoon salt ▢ 1 teaspoon baking powder ▢ 1 cup non-dairy chocolate chips OR roughly chopped chocolate pieces Make the flax eggs by stirring the ground flax and water in a small bowl. Set aside to thicken. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a 7 x 11 pan with parchment paper. Melt the vegan butter (earth balance brand preferred), and measure 1/2 cup. I do this by microwaving the vegan butter in a glass measuring cup, in 30 second intervals, until melted. In a large bowl, whisk the melted vegan butter and sugars together. Add the flax eggs and vanilla, whisk until evenly combined. Over the same large bowl, sift in the flour and cocoa powder. Add the salt and baking powder and stir with a large wooden spoon until just combined, do not over mix. Fold in half of the chocolate chips. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth out the top with a spoon or your hands. Sprinkle the rest of the chocolate chips on top of the batter. Bake for 35-40 minutes. The brownies may still be bubbling and not look done, but they will firm up a lot as they cool. Remove from the oven, allow to cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then pull the brownies out, using the parchment paper and let cool for another 15-30 minutes before slicing and serving.

Edgar and Tony were awesome! We got a phone upgrade and they helped us with any issues or concerns we had. They seemed very knowledgeable and did all they could to make us feel well taken care of. This AT&T store is one of the best!!!!

I was having an extremely difficult time setting up a new iPhone. I picked a random AT&T location near me and i was pleasantly surprised on how good every employee in the building at what they do. Both Jason & Edgar were incredible in their customer service and knowledge of my problem at hand. It was a 4 hour ordeal before I walked into the building, and they had it resolved and fixed in a half hour. I've been an AT&T customer since 1997 and this was the best in-store experience I've had to date.

Edgar was awesome last night! We were at the store for an appointment at 6, the appointment was made through an ATT help line person and the local store was not notified we had an appointment. We showed up at 6 and ended up waiting an hour because Edgar was alone and with another customer and also simultaneously helping a few other people who walked in. It was finally our turn at 7 and the store closed at 7 that night. He got us taken care of and didn’t rush us or the process that is deciding which color/size phone we wanted, what size watch we wanted, etc. And he was in a good mood and told us that he appreciated us for being patient with him.
