This store will scam you to get your business but nothing they offer is actually true. We have been waiting on a credit since October but apparently the employees Gavin and Brandon both lied to us.
The kid was nice, but obviously needs better training. Spent at least 45 minutes in the store to find out they didn't have what we came for and couldn't ship it...? Plus after visiting another location found out we would have over paid by $225 because he didn't understand they promotions offered.
Avoid coming to this location, if possible. The disconnect between the store and corporate will leave you with a $1000 bill. This happened to both me and my fiance to the point where we had to call t mobile every single month and no one could help, especially not the store.
The staff here has always been super helpful,past and present! Today I happened to have Devon and he went above and beyond for not just me,my daughter and husband but another guest. Again the whole staff is great,I鈥檝e worked with other people there and was always satisfied.
We got 3 phones.The manager helped us. Awesome service until we got our bill. Told it would be $80 with discounts. It's $135 Thats $55 difference.

We recently stopped by the store at Kipling and Remington to transfer service from a competitor. We transferred 4 existing numbers, 3 on existing phones, and bought 2 new phones resulting in 5 lines when it was all said and done. As if that wasn't complicated enough one of the phones ended up being locked by the previous provider when we tried to transfer the number, so we had to come back a couple days later to finish that process after getting the phone unlocked. All in all a very complex and time consuming process. Our mobile expert, Rhys, handled the entire transaction perfectly, and efficiently, and even remembered us when we came back to finish the transfer on the locked phone. My wife also wanted to give a shout out, as this was the first time she's shopped for anything technology related where the sales person directed the discussion towards her (the one getting a new phone) and not me. All and all a great experience, and one that makes us extremally happy about deciding to switch to T-Mobile
Wish I could tell ya something but it was closed 1hr and 15 mins early. Maybe I will change the review tomorrow if they are not closed...

Do not go to this location. They dont know what they are doing. Went in to get a new phone and asked if they can trade in my old phone that was still in great condition and paid off. He didnt even look at it and said no. I said okay, we started to order the new phone and thankfully the system wasn't working. So I went to a diffrent store and they gladly accepted my old phone for trade in. $800 dollars off the new phone. This store is just not professional nor do they know what they are doing clearly.

I wish I could write a split review, but alas I cannot. My in-store visit with Kaitlin Haas was beyond phenomenal. She was an active listener, did everything she could to help mitigate the situation a customer care representative had created and worked diligently to assist me with a productive solution. She deserves a five star rating, thank you Kaitlin! On a different note, T-Mobile customer care was horrific and receives below a one star review. They inaccurately authorized a warranty claim that should have been processed under my insurance policy. When I arrived at the store to pick up my replacement phone I was informed the claim could not be processed and that it needed to go through my insurance policy (thank you, Kaitlin, for preventing me from receiving a $1,100 charge for T-Mobile's mistake). T-Mobile wasted my time, delayed me in my efforts to get a working phone and caused an unreasonable amount of frustration. Needless to say the ridiculously long conversation on the phone was unreasonably poor. T-Mobile as company was represented horribly by their phone representatives. Lucky for them, Kaitlin was the associate in the store who walked me off a ledge. If it weren't for her I would have likely canceled my plan and switched to a different carrier (yes, that is how horrible my phone conversation was). Step it up, T-Mobile. Today was awful.
