I came in to see if I could get my camera lenses screen protector replaced, and the manager Thomas was just amazing. I brought my three month old, and as he got fussy Thomas talked to him and distracted him and then quickly replaced my screen protectors on the spot for me. I appreciate the amazing customer service so much, the whole experience was quick and easy. 6/5!

I went into the store around 10 am on a Thursday and was told there was and hour and half wait even to ask a question. If you are already a Verizon customer, look on-line and use the chat feature. I just ordered phone upgrades without any issues. Don't bother with the store if at all possible.

Thomas the manager gave great service and was fun to talk to. The store was a little busy so there were some long waits, it needs more staff.

No real phone number. A bot answers. Purchased a mobile hot spot & the salesman didn’t set it up. After an hour on the phone with Tec support they told me the store was supposed to give me the security code to be able to hook up this device. Don’t go to this store or any Verizon store in Longmont Co for that matter

This was not a good experience, just actually try and call the store there is no phone line to the store just a Verizon chat bot, and its a place that sells phones... I ended up spending a lot of money and had very poor service setting up my phone now i can even get ahold of anyone at the store because of poor set up issue.

Go find a different Verizon store. Do not go to this store. I had one of the absolute worst customer service experiences of my life. I walked into the store and was greeted by a blond woman with glasses. She looked annoyed that I was there. She asked what she could help me with. I told her I ordered a new phone from Verizon and I needed help switching the number from my old phone to my new phone. She asked me if I bought it from their store, I repeated that I bought it online. Then she said she can't help me transfer contacts or data. I told her I just want the phone number transfered. Then she took out a sticky note and wrote a phone number on it and told me to call customer service... I was in the store to get customer service... I was also going to add 4 new lines of service for my small business and a line for a watch, but this lady wasn't even interested in helping me with that. Probably the most bizarre experience of my life. Verizon is fine, but I will not be going back to this store.

Andrew was super prompt and helpful. Got my issue fixed within minutes. Spent over an hour with the call center prior. Lesson learned, just go in person.

Common sense has left the building.. I bought a new iPad yesterday, THEY picked a screen protector for me, turns out it's the wrong one (no big deal, right?). Went back today to exchange, and instead of simply making the exchange, which would take all of 2 minutes, the young lady explains that there are 5 people ahead of me, the screen protector should be the right size (I showed her its not), then she suggested I make an appointment, if I don't want to wait for the other 5 customers, to come back for the exchange. In all the time it took to go through all this nonsense, I could have grabbed the correct protector and been out of there. So now i have to take more time out of another day to get the correct item. There is a while generation of people who can't seem to function on the job.

I hate to say this after having Verizon since 1998! My husband found a phone at a job site. After trying siri no luck locating the owner. Friday I waited for over an hour to have some one talk to me about this found phone. The representative called the owner, gave them my name and number for them to reach me. They wanted me to give them the phone right then. The conversation got a bit heated because I have know other representatives are not all honest. So I left the store with the phone in hand. Mind you you have my name and number. Tell how low they went they called the #Windsor police department and told them " I ran out if the store after trying to activate it.." Pretty hard to run when your disabled. Also, I posted it on Facebook trying to find the owner. A bit dis HONEST I think! I'm starting to find a better Customer service provider after all these years! Might want to rethink how you talk to your Customers.
