Very disappointed with service here. I'm a longtime Verizon customer. I heard tmobile had a free trial program. I stopped in the store and Jonah told me there is no free trial. So he suggested I just buy a SIM and try for one month. I paid $50. Later I saw on website that there is indeed a 3 month free trial, so we signed up for it on my wife's phone. I asked for a refund and was declined. I texted Jonah and got no response. I went back into the store and even the manager (Chris?) said he knew nothing of a 3 month free trial. Because of this experience I will not be back in this store. I do not have confidence that employees understand the available options, or if they do, I find it questionable that they would offer to sell me a SIM card instead of pointing me to the free trial I asked about. And yes I could have checked the website first, but I would not have expected that employees would not know about any offering on the website. I hope this is a fair and reasonable review.

Went in today to get a new phone. I was helped promptly by Carlos. He got me the perfect iPhone I wanted in the right capacity and color, helped me with the data transfer, got me a great trade in value on my old phone, and got me a new screen protector and case which he helped put on. Throughout the whole interaction he was polite, friendly, made conversation, and made me feel like a valued individual and not just a customer. I’ve shopped at this location and always had terrific service and Carlos reinforced why I continue to come to T Mobile and this location in particular. 10/10 would recommend Thank you
After the most infuriating and frustrating customer service experience over the phone with sprint care/tmobile, I visited this location and Jonah single handedly regained my trust as a customer. He went above and beyond with his customer service, provided the help I needed, and added additional comfort to calm my frustration. Additionally, he was extremely knowledgeable on the tmobile policies and procedures. Being out of town, this was exactly what I needed. If it were feasible I would drive cross country to work with Jonah for all my future purchases. Highly recommend.

The staff here are in desperate need of an attitude adjustment asap. I’ve been to this location twice now with questions and have left with no answers and a bad experience. They clearly hate their jobs and don’t want to work. These are the only T-Mobile employees that I’ve encountered with terrible customer service, everyone else at other stores and on the phone have been amazing! I’ll just go to a different location from now on. It’s out of my way, but the location in Loveland has friendly staff.

Visiting from Canada; bought a SIM card here for travelling. Excellent service, short wait, fast & helpful when selecting which SIM is best. Big kudos to the staff; they are outstanding.
Called in to pick up an Apple Watch Ultra. Drove over and waited 20 Minutes in the queue. Finally Brian helped me and confirmed the watch was in stock but would not help me any further as I didn’t have my physical ID on me. They don’t take CO digital ID or anything else to prove who you are. Frustrating.

The most nasty , disrespectful staff ever. The store open, all on their own phone. I was 10 min and nobody realize I was waiting for service . The Manager doesn’t exist. Don’t come TMobile Village at the Peak never

Brian provided excellent service for a very difficult problem. He was patient and explained the needed actions clearly. We appreciate his assistance very much. Update: Miguel and Brian came through when I had a technical problem with a phone. Fast, helpful and knowledgeable. Awesome, thanks!
Everytime I go in there the people are the most helpful personnel imaginable. They solved the issue with my phone that was taking the call center months to fix. They also set up my new phone with the wit and savvy I was hoping to receive. I don't even live nearby but will be visiting this T-mobile for any of my in store needs in the future.

Really rude staff and the supervisor Tyler has no manners at all. I came looking for help with an issue. I asked for help to a staff member, he was seated on a table with other couple of women. From his seat he said was a supervisor and asked what was my problem. I asked him if we could talk privately. This "supervisor" treated me in a hurry and really rude offering no help at all. He didn't go through all the logs in my account and hence that he couldn't really help me. He said I cannot help you and have a good night when I was asking for a number from T-Mobile to find further help. He said call 611 and have a good night. Really rude. I went back requesting for a form to write a complaint and another staff member yelled at me saying: Do you need something else? Everyone on the store had to listed these rude staff members. I was very polite the whole time, but surely I didn't find any help at all.
