Absolutely horrible. The women in there do not know what they are doing. They just look at each other when you ask questions. They are very dishonest. And will lie to make a sale. I was just there in July of 2023. Horrible horrible service. They do not honor their sales at this store. Customer service had me call them before going back in the store to get refunded for merchandise they told me I had to have for my phone which I did not need. The women just looked at each other again, they had no idea what they were doing. They were rude to the lady with customer service and refused to talk to her. Customer service filed a complaint with the corporate office about the unethical practices of the store manager and this store.

CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. WENT IN FOR NEW PHONES. REFUSED ANY TYPE OF HELP WOULDNT EVEN PUT IN OUR INFO TO SEE IF WE QUILIFIED FOR NEW PHONES. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

I brought my mom here to help her out with a new phone as she’s had hers for over 7 years. There was a decent enough selection in various reasonable price points and she was able to find a phone that matched her preferences. However, the Sales Associate that we dealt with was not very friendly nor the most knowledgeable. I had to instruct her on what to do when we experienced a problem with my mom not recalling a PIN number that was only used to verify her identity once, several years ago. Also, I was not happy that they wouldn’t offer her, as a loyal, paying customer any upgrade options. As I said she had not got a new phone in 7+ years! They were running a special for “New customers” ONLY. This drives me nuts and is sending the wrong message to your established, long term customers. I have decided to add her to my Verizon service and she will be canceling her service at Metro.

Went to upgrade 2 phones and i was sold a broken phone. We live in fort Morgan so driving to greeley is not an option to check in with them daily. They NEVER answer there phone. I was told replacement phone is there and would be open. Drove back 2 there store, 3x in 1 week, n went back 2x in 1day just for them not to be open at all. Been with metro 13yrs. Never had problems. The lady that works there is absolutely rude

Stay away from this place. The manager charged me a Colorado "Luxury Tax" of $35.00 on a $40.00 phone. There's no such thing as a luxury tax on electronic items over $100. She wouldn't give me her name or reverse my purchase transaction and wouldn't turn my old phone back on. When I asked her for a receipt, she declined. I reported her to the corporate office and will contact the BBB. She was very rude also. I wish I would have read these reviews before I walked in the door.

This is the worst store! Do not go to this store!! They have the worst customer service. If I could give it zero stars I would. I have been waiting for over a month now for a replacement phone due to a manufacturer defects and the store just keeps giving me the run around. Two weeks after going in to see about the phone they called me to tell me my 13yo daughters new phone was in. Only to come in the next day and be offered a used phone to replace my daughters new phone. Not only was this phone used, it didn't work either. So then they said we would have to wait again on the new phone. Here it is about 3 weeks later and still no replacement phone. I called Metro PCS customers service to ask what easy going on and there was no record in the system of us even coming into the store for the initial time. They are fraudulent, lying and miss leading. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE EVER!!!

Went in for am unexpected upgrade. Deeaja was beyond amazing! She was so patient, helped me choose my phone and accessories. Was very patient when her card reader wasn't working. Very smooth and fast transaction!! Love this place!

I was with sprint for 15 years and just switched to metro pcs. I am very pleased with the service i received at this store. They spent a lot of time helping me get my phone switched over. I spent hours on the phone with sprint and they could not help me with transferring service to metro pcs. Also, i saved $35.00 a month for switching..

Walked in and was ignored by the sales person. She seemed more interested in the people at the counter than anything else. When I was finally acknowledged she didn't seem to understand what I was saying. It may be close to home but I will shop another store.

I went to team mobile off of 10th street in Greeley Co. A guy Named Nate helped me Switch and set up my new a 71 phone he was great help and took his time and had patience and helped me figure out how to sync all my apps . Great Service!!!🙂👍
