The lady at this store wouldn’t help my dad call customer service. She insisted she couldn’t do it. But another metro did. Worst place ever.

If I could give Andrick a 100 stars I would. Best service I've ever had anywhere. Kind, patient and very efficient..and handsome to top it all off. This man deserves a raise immediately.

Every time I come here the reps are very rude and very vulgar , I told them I wanted to remove a line they didn't even direct me to call customer service the guy just told me straight up that I have to pay for it , I will never be coming to this location again

I came into this location on 9/28 and was immediately greeted byNaniz who was helping another customer at the time and let me know she would be right with me. She has outstanding customer service and went out of her way to help me and get into contact with her manager who wasnt on site to let me know when i could come in with my phone that has been malfuctioning so they could help me get a replacement. She was prompt and knew what she was doing. I would reccomend this location for quick and comprehensive service.

What a very confusing experience. I was told l had no insurance on my phone and l'd have to up grade my phn and get insurance in August. I was shown my information on the cash register monitor and was told this outcome. Well l went to Metro PC after calling customer service, l do have insurance and was able to get a replacement phone. Did you try and rip me off? Wow!

The Gentleman, Keifer, was hands down, the best sales rep I’ve ever dealt w @ any location from Colorado-Iowa! He was respectful, honest, knew what he was talking about&did not give me the run around! If I ever need to visit a metro location again I will drive the extra miles to go deal w him again. Went in for a phone upgrade (69$) was told by the sales girl i would have to pay 180$ because the phone included new case and cover for the phone and manditory insurance was required! Weird because i left to another Metro Pcs got the phone for exact price and was told the lady must of been trying to scam for commission..Not recommended

I was having problems with my phone and was directed to see store manager when i went in for the 3rd time manager was not in on 4th visit to make story short manager treated me like crap mad rude comments threatened to kick me out of store and messed up my phone worse than what it was. Also the 2 good comments here are from the store manager and a female employee
