Jordan was really great! He helped me fix my old phone and then let me know what upgrade options were available for my phone. The deal was too good to pass up and Jordan made the entire experience smooth and easy! Thanks Jordan!!

Even though we didn’t have all the phones at the store to port over at the same time, Brady was extremely patient and set up everything that could be done. He gave us the steps to get the other phones ported and found several additional discounts and promotions to give us while we spent the time working through the port. He was extremely professional and very thorough!

I don't enjoy being scoffed at when I simply demand these people honor their prices. But they don't care. They sell you something at a price, the person who sold it to you is highly likely not gonna work there in a few weeks, and when you demand they honor your contract or face legal action they scoff at your face. Which was a mistake. They don't care about you. The only way to get what was promised is to demand it and threaten them with legal action. Then they have the audacity to offer me to reach out after to them to try and solve this after reading my review. Absolutely not. I'm the customer, I'm the one with the money, it's not up to me to make this right, it's up to you. And this is just my review. I can do this with my wife's account and both of my son's. Because you ripped all of us off, not just me. Give me what I agreed to, have some integrity, do the right thing and I will give 5 stars.

Trevon was amazing! He is the most patient and the most helpful person. I was at this Verizon for almost 7 hours because of complications with my plan and he helped me through every step. He stayed two hours after close just to make sure I got my phone and was taken care of! I will definitely be going to him from now on!! He made the best out of the situation!

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to fix a problem with our phones that was created by another Verizon store and online customer service. After 3 hours online we decided to drive from Estes Park to Loveland to get help. Anthony found the problem and fixed two phones in 15 minutes. Highly recommend going to this store for excellent help.
