Very bad customer service, lady was extremely rude and not helpful at all called to tell her what she told me was incorrect after I contacted 3 other boost Mobile retailers, and she still was rude, refused to give me her name boost Mobile retailer # so I could contact corporate and said that there was nobody I could talk to above her! *Steer clear*
Bought the Samsung Galaxy A11, 5 days ago that the girl "highly recommended". It's extremely slow, poor quality and i get zero service. I am completely unsatisfied with the phone and customerservice. I went into the store yesterday to exchange it and she refused to do so. On the recipient itself, it says returns and exchanges can be made to the same purchase location within 7 days of purchase date, with a receipt and original packaging and the phone must be in perfect condition. I had all those boxes checked and they still refused to exchange it. I would not recommend this location, if any! Definitely not happy with boost eversince they merged with T-mobile.
Sandra and Edgar helped me out when someone stole my SIM card and helped me rescue my phone with a new one. Great people and place to go for your cellular needs! A life saver too!
The person behind the counter didn't know how to help with my phone. Although I told her what it needed, she didn't want to do it, because the tech support she called said it wouldn't fix the problem. After she made several calls to different tech support people and tried everything they suggested, to no avail, I asked her to please try my suggestion. Just like that, it fixed my phone. I'd have done it myself if I had the tools required.
After they got hacked and promised no loss of phone service (lost my phone service) I was forced to pay in store at a cost of $4.00 since neither I nor Boost could access my account. They are yet to issue any type of formal statement as a Company and haven't said anything at all about the extreme likelihood of customer account and data security breaches. And the female that works in this store is beyond rude. Customer service doesn't seem to be of any concern to these people.
I had been working with troubleshooters via phone with mobile one to no avail. My phone was new and kept telling me to activate it even though it was. I must have talked to 5 different people with no answers. I walked into this store and the young lady Dulce behind the counter had my issue resolved in 20 mins. Thank you!!!
Most disrespectful and rude people I've ever met. I bought a phone on BOOST MOBILE.COM. went in and paid to activate it and pay the first month payment. Well I can't receive or make phone calls! And that's the most important thing! My dad is a disabled veteran and they took that $50 he paid for me to get my phone on. They refuse to refund me even though it's not working. I'm my dads caretaker and I need a phone so he can reach me. The manager also starts talking in Spanish on the phone to her employee. Wellllllllll I know spanish. She said awful things. That manager needs to be fired immediately. Nothing but rude people and the worst customer service. I actually turned a customer away and told him what they did to me. So he said nope and walked away. DO NOT GET BOOST. Xfinity is the best!

I bought a phone card and could not use it because there service is down and I had to pay again at the store and I got no kind of credit of nothing and I can't use the 50 dollar card I bought

Woman was pretty polite. She tried everything she could to help me out. Even though she couldn't fix my phone she still made a good effort, she then gave me a few suggestions which I would need Boost customer support for. She wasn't able to try those suggestions from her position.
After reading some of the reviews I was worried that it was. It going to be such a great experience going to this boost mobile. While the store is hard to find (next to subway southside) the boost employee Abby was fantastic. Super great service and very professional. Lost one star for difficulty in finding the store.
