Finally got my agreement paid off today!! Literally a weight has been lifted. I dealt with them for almost a year and they were pretty rude at the end. I was a payment behind and they literally called me every single day. Threatening to come pick up my stuff. The female worker Blanca tries to be nice but you get that vibe she’s definitely only doing it be because she has to. Oh and another thing they told me there was no possible way to send me a receipt after I paid it off? Like okay!! I think that’s very strange. It cost $900 today to pay everything off and no receipt? MY ADVICE, do not use Rent-A-Center unless you absolutely have to. I paid $112 biweekly for about a year if not longer. I will never ever use them again for anything. In the future I think I’ll definitely try AARONS.

My appliances were dirty when they arrived. I could have saved a lot of money if I had purchased used appliances elsewhere. My refrigerator came missing parts. My dryer has been abused. My washer has an aggressive agitator and tore up my sheets, blankets and pillows. There’s no warranty from the manufacturer because it’s used.

Junior, Ryan and Blanca (hope I spelled them correctly) are amazing to work with. They are always pleasant and have the knowledge for all your needs. I have never had a better experience with a furniture/appliance store. Thank you for everything you do!

If I could make this a "0" I would. Blanca has no tact or professionalism what so ever. I will be shopping around to get what I was making payments on outright and will call them when it is time for them to pick up my merchandise. Tired of this place and this rude "manager". I am so close to the same as cash too, but I don't want them having anymore of my money at this point. Your bad attitude just lost a loyal customer. We have actually for the first time missed a payment by 4 days, because of a family tragedy and helping with funeral costs. This Blanca says when I spoke to her this morning "I understand that you have other bills that had to be paid but you're 4 days late first time or not." It was funeral expenses! No my condolences on the loss of your father, no I'm sorry for your loss, just tried to lecture me lol wow! I felt like she hadn't heard a word I said. She never notes the account when I call, we pay online and I call them weekly or the plague you with calls letting them know I pay it every Saturday after work when I pay all my bills online, it's been ridiculous since day 1. We are looking for a new apartment sized washer and dryer outright, any reccommendations folks?

Poor customer service, the finance manager is completely offensive and just rude. I'm not even 2 days into my rental and they didn't not informed me that I would have to buy parts for my washer dryer combo that apparently they don't sell or hook up for you. When I complained about their lack of communication and poorly installed washer dryer combo. James the finance manager tells the technician just to walk out of my house. Then when I asked when could they be out to service the things. I hear the finance manager yet again say he's on his way with a truck to take the washer and dryer back. I laughed and very rudely explained that not only have I paid for it but was also under contract and I'd like to see him try.. only reason I still have this washer and dryer combo is because I need it. I will never work with rent a center ever again. And if I can find something better some place else I will be going there. PS the actual store manager is never there so you have pretty much employees behaving poorly with no repercussions for their actions.

I forget the girls name but she was awesome. I'm going to can and find out to give her a great review. Couch fits and looks great. Vince and the other guy working were also awesome. Everyone in that store really. I love this place.

Wow let me say that older heavier set sales associate was so rude to me. After coming in and shopping for a game system I was being helped out application processed then as soon as two other customers walked in when I was about to pay the 40$ and leave with a ps4 she grabbed the paperwork and told me to step aside and proceeded to make me wait 20 minutes as she booted me out of the way and helped the other two while having personal conversation with each so I up and left. I've never been treated that bad especially when I'm basically getting 200% marked up product I will never go there again.

Blanca is now horrible to work with. I have given her 5 star reviews int he past and now she is flat unhelpful and down right rude. Corporate is no help either. Benefits plus does NOT replace your item right away unless you ask. I have been a customer of RAC for 15 years and I will not be buying anymore items from this location and likely not from RAC in general. Go to Conn's. Tey are much friendlier and have better service.

I had to call the store for them to follow up on my online application. They asked me to drive to the Longmont location to pick up a new Xbox one x, they only had a one s. And I had to follow up the following day to get a refund issued even though I had requested it the night of. Terrible customer service. Ryan is incompetent and can’t determine the difference between S and X plus he sounded under the influence and Bianca, this woman has absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. It’s no wonder you guys have such a terrible rating.
