The first time I came in I was helped by Kameron. Really friendly and personable which made me feel very welcomed to be there. He walked me thru the exchanging of two devices and adding my new Apple Watch with ease. I came back in and returned my old phones with Madison and got my wife an Apple Watch. Madison took the time to be sure everything was set up right so when I went home all I had to do was click, click and we were good to go. Really great energy from the experience and I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to be well taken care of.

Do not go to this store unless you want extras put on your account without your approval. Came in to buy a phone and switch it onto an existing line. We were assured by the manager Josh that the monthly rate wouldn't change and everything would proceed as normal. Come to find out that a $10 per month protection plan was added onto the line and the new monthly was $14 more than before. You just can't trust some people. Avoid this store.

I loved working Kevin and Chris they took the time necessary to fix some complicated issues I had while trying to replace my phone. I had spent hours on line when a phone I ordered was damaged in transit and never made it to me. I walked out with a new phone and problem was resolved. They even had to stay past closing to make this all happen.

Seth was an absolute delight to work with! We were looking for something for my son and had an old phone laying around to put on a new number and Seth got us into a NEW iPhone for free!

Chris and his acting manager helped me until the issue was handled!! Professional and had great sense of humor... It took quite a bit but thru all the little snags they did great!! Thanks to you both!!

Emily was an exceptional employee with friendly service, wonderful attitude, and lots of patience! She’s been so great throughout the whole process of getting the new phones setup and she’s been nothing but helpful so far! When the phone has issues, I hope she is there to help!
