Serette at Verizon wireless is truly the best account manager ever! Not only did she know what to do to fix my iPhone, she helped me upgrade my service at little to no cost! She’s super professional, kind & helpful. The whole staff is great & they didn’t make me wait an eternity to be helped! I highly recommend her & this Verizon location! Thanks everyone!

Switched 2 lines to Verizon, to take advantage of NFL Sunday Ticket deal, took 3 hours for the staff to input the data and get the phones switched over. 3 hours!!!! Then they tell my there will be a 1 time activation charge for each line, ok paid for that and taxes for $257. They could not tell me what my 1st bill would be other than it would be higher than normal as the credits for my devices would not become active till 2nd billing cycle. So I receive my 1st bill a little over 2 weeks later, $423!!!! Almost $700 dollars for 1 month of service!!!!! The $257 I paid didnt include activation as I was informed at the store, it was 30 some dollars ea for them to "setup my devices" something I would have done myself had I known. Oh and the icing on the cake is they incorrectly entered my data into their system, forgetting to include my wifes traded in phone on their paperwork so I still havent received the NFL Sunday Ticket promo due to this!!! Going on 4 hours of chats/calls/texts with Verizon's terrible customer service and still not sorted 3 weeks later. GO TO ANY OTHER STORE THAN THIS ONE !!!!! TERRIBLE !!!!

Serette is truly the best at helping you with all your needs at this Verizon location! She’s patient, kind, and very knowledgeable about all things Verizon! The whole staff is great but she’s the best!

Raquel was so very helpful clearing out my handicapped daughter's phone. Very polite, understanding, and patient explaining to this old technologically-challenged Grandma how I can access the phone's capabilities. But, I think in the future, if this happens again, I will just come back to Raquel to help me again. Thanks much, Raquel.
