AT&T Store

Best experience I have ever had in my life with a phone company. Used to be with Verizon and then I switch over to AT&T. Logan was amazing and made the experience the best I have ever had. He not only made the switch to AT&T that much easier but he help me save on bundling all the accessories. This man deserves a raise for his contribution to the company. Thanks again Logan have a wonderful day and good luck moving forward!

I took my mom who was visiting from out of state to upgrade her iPhone. The account was in my fathers name who has since passed and needed to be changed to my mom’s name which upset her deeply. Not being any fault of ATT and is very understandable however my mom was still very shaken by this. The store rep Sharon R was very very understanding, apologetic and extremely patient with my mom which I appreciated greatly. Sharon took the time and switched everything that was needed and did so with empathy and understanding. I truly hope the management reads this as they have a great employee working for them and Sharon should be acknowledged for her great customer service!

I've never had to ask someone to change their behavior in a Customer Service setting. That is, until today. I'm not a cell phone aficionado and apparently very annoying to the sales rep I spoke with. He was condescending to the point where I asked him to stop giving me attitude. I have experience in both sales and CS. I know not everyone is great at either let alone both, but I left the store without a phone and baffled that anyone would treat their customer that way. 0/5 stars. Do not recommend.

Sales rep was extremely knowledgeable amd took the time and effort to making sure my phone was working 100% before I left. ATT now offers TV and internet and amd I was able to bundle and SAVE😄😄😄😄😄

Came in looking to upgrade a phone. Staff was friendly and courteous. Was able to look around and ask questions about new phones and what they did. Picked out a phone but the tech recommended an upgrade that was cheaper and better quality. So we went with his recommendations. Also was able to do a trade in for my old phone. Overall a great experience. No hassle or hustle.

Was signed up for fraudulent add-on packages at this store. Opened bill later online and saw numerous charges for services I did not ask for nor was informed about. Additionally, associates are absolutely clueless about Apple devices. Literally go to any other AT&T store except for this one.

Employee inappropriately texted me from his personal number. This store is wildly unprofessional and violated my privacy. This store took my phone as a trade in For $1,000. They continually lost record of the trade in. It would take too long to explain the mess that followed. When I went into this store to try to resolve this the customer service rep that helped me acknowledged that everything that had happened was completely wrong and that he needed some time to work on it. When I left I received a text message from his personal number saying that AT&T wasn’t going to help me but he would add me to his phone plan because being an employee of AT&T he would actually be able to get somewhere with customer service. I have tried every avenue to resolve this and no one has any interest in a viable solution. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID AT&T AND THIS STORE ALL TOGETHER.

I had an issue with my watch and Austin fixed it!! I go there just to see him I’ve all carriers and I’m happiest here thank you for the outstanding service !!!!

Super effective service! Got in and out and took way less time than I originally thought. And got signed up with their new Internet service.
