Every time you walk into a cell phone place you feel nervous you will be screwed out of your money and this was no different. It the worst experience I’ve ever had at one. No one acknowledged us when we walked in, in fact two workers were sitting in the corner watching movies on their phones while people wait to be helped. I was switching to Verizon to my husband’s plan. Absolute chaos from the start. They told us we could put me in his plan, and then mockingly told us later that his plan does not exist anymore. Guess what the new one is more expensive. A new employee helping us has no idea what he was doing (but he was trying!) and his supervisors were just standing by. We awkwardly stumbled through what should have been an easy switch. Still, I left without a functioning phone and had to drive all the way back, only to be helped by a young woman who was unbelievably rude. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, and I’m a nice person! I told her I was overwhelmed and needed help and she rolled her eyes at me. She treated my phone all rough, slapping the SIM card in and the case back on, not telling me that doing so would make my phone install the new update. I have been specifically avoiding this update. I asked her for more help and she said “How would I know that, you have to call AT&T.” It was frozen and wouldn’t complete the update unless on WIFI which they don’t have. Another guy told me to stand by the nearby yogurt shop and try to use their public WIFI. I was shocked. It was truly the most insane and stressful afternoon. Verizon lost us as a customer for sure. Wish I could give them negative stars. Do not go here.

I was attempting to change from T-Mobile to Verizon today and I had the best customer service!!! The agent was knowledgeable, explained everything in detail however sadly I’m still stuck with the previous provider. As a customer I would always suggest to come in with a positive and kind attitude and you will be met with the same if not more. Thank you all. I’m looking forward to getting rid of T-Mobile and will return as soon as my 16 months are up to move directly to Verizon.

Too expensive! Monthly plans are way over priced. I was paying $240/month for just two phones. I found a better phone company that is now suitable for my budget. I have had no issues, very happy! I am no longer a Verizon customer.

Young girl in here today was extremely rude so I will take my business somewhere else or Wait till the gentleman who helped me last time is in. She had an attitude from the moment I walked in. Refused to show me phone colors or give me the promotion on my plan. Spoke to supervisor he showed her the promotion and she gave him attitude. Clearly she doesn’t want to help her customers. She tried to only give $200 for what my plan shows $800 trade in. Wonder how many others she is scamming.

I've had significant tech issues with Verizon, and was instructed by online/telephone help to seek assistance in-store twice. Both times in-person help had zero resources or knowledge to help. This store has disappointed me significantly, (as has verizon in general) and actually refused to help the second time and I had to call tech support for the 15th time in 3 months. At which point in-person help requested improper actions on my end. Super awesome. Don't come here unless you specifically want new devices, but beware, tech support and customer care doesn't exist in-store, and is a joke online/ via telephone.

Stop by to look at upgrading my phone this evening! The team was extremely helpful and in fact the issue with charging my current phone was resolved. They could of easily just sold me a new phone but instead took the time to see if my current phones issues could be rectified. Sure enough 10 minutes later it was working great. The team is very friendly and customer service is top notch in my opinion.

I never leave one star reviews but after the total lack of customer service I just experienced I have no choice. I was told by the woman at the door that they are appointment only and I understand that. She then told me she would help me find an open location because Verizon wireless over the phone told me I needed a location and not to just order it online. The woman then proceeded to tell me to get out my phone and that she was going to help me use the application to order a phone. I do not need to be spoken to like I don’t know what I’m doing, or like I’m a child. I’m a grown woman and loyal customer to Verizon for almost 20 years. She could have used her abilities to find a store allowing in store shopping as she promised. Instead she was rude and lacked any sense of real customer service. I’m totally disappointed in Verizon today.
