The staff is always friendly and helpful. My kids love going in and taking games, word of advice if you're going to trade out games: sign up for the PRO account, it's worth it. I know a lot of people went towards streaming but I like my kids to enjoy the experience and see what's new in the shop.
Bought a controller only 5 days ago and decided to return it (not defective in any way). They said the 2 year warranty I had purchased was non-refundable, so they just pocketed $70. I have a hard time believing this is really the policy, and if so, that's a scummy buisiness practice. Even so, I wouldn't have bothered writing this review if the employee didn't have a horrific attitude the whole time. Manager - please reach out to make this right and I'll take the review down.
Game was 19.99 and got overcharged price of 39.99 the same game is 14.99 at Walmart so it’s not a mistake, Salesman would t let me speak to a manager and said games change prices a lot by 20.00 apparently. What a scam box says 19.99, receipt says 39.99 basically tough on any resolution.

Always go to this specific location for the excellent service but today (08-19-22 8:00pm) I went in & guy didn't know shiiiit!!! Horrible told me I didn't have points went to my app almost 40,000 points.....
Sometimes there is good customer service and friendliness; other times a lack of decent service and workers are somewhat rude. The inconsistencies of the employees makes me want to shop elsewhere.
The manager will not take back anything defective. I’ve never understood managers like this. She might save $2 in the moment, but will lose the customer in the long run. She has a vibe of like, “I don’t need your business”, but does it with a smile on her face in a condescending way. She has no warmth to her.
