I've been here twice in the last few weeks to deal with different SIM card issue. I usually avoid going to the T-Mobile stores because of how slow it can be. However the last two times we were treated really well by the same gentleman (I didn't catch his name) and moved through quickly. This last visit on 7/23, the store was really busy but the two workers were working very quickly and efficiently to get customers helped as fast as possible while also training a new worker. I appreciated the effort, fast resolution, and positive attitude.

This is my favorite T-Mobile because of Karla! She is knowledgeable, personable, thoughtful, fun, efficient, & all around extremely helpful! She is an absolute joy to be around & makes the experience lovely. I hope you guys know how lucky you are to have her with your company - she is irreplaceable. I have the utmost appreciation for her & love that I always leave with a smile on my face! Thank you for making me feel valued & appreciated Karla!

After I got a new phone as a gift, I did go to the T-Mobile store to get it activated. Mike is the Best. He first listened to my requests, put me at ease how it can be done and transferred all the files while I was in the office. Not being tech savvy, he was able to explain in simple terms what is being done. Then asking about 5G Internet at home, he took the time to look up on our account what we have or not and how to install it at home. I was the happiest person that day: a new phone and was able to install 5G Internet on my own at home! Thank you Mike and your team. You all are very professional, customer oriented and informed me of new things that could benefit us in the end. Will go back there anytime.

Karla was fantastic help for me and my wife with our phones and plan!! She is a truly amazing worker. Also, Dalontae Settle was fantastic at customer service as well. They held down a very busy store today by themselves and it was impressive. Great crew. Great store! Going back there for sure! Thanks again guys. You both killed it! 🤟🏻

Worst store. My husband and I have gone here two times this year, both of which were to get new phones. Both times, the monthly bill we were told by the staff were complete lies. One told us there was no charge for a sync up drive, then we saw $10/month added to our bill. This time when we upgraded my husbands phone, they quoted us $30 cheaper than the actual bill. We called customer service both times to adjust the bill. You cannot trust the staff and their quotes at this location.

Waited for about 15 minutes which ok due to only two people working on the floor, another gentleman came to help but was very rude when we asked about upgrading our cellphones. When we asked how much we need to put a down payment his math was incorrect and tried charging us over 600 for down payment which when we asked he did not know what he was talking about. Ended up going to a different T-moblie where they were able to help us and get an upgrade for total of 200 down payment. Do not go here guy helping us was very lazy and did not look like he wanted to be there.

Went into T-Mobile to get some information on my phone and account. Jayvyn (Jay vin) was very polite and professional. His Manager Mike was also helpful. Carla was very polite as well. I have been using this location for better than 15 years and am very satisfied with the service and professionalism I get here.

My family and I have been T-mobile customers well over 14 years and this location has been nothing but a pain. We’ve recently had issues with replacement phones and instead of the associates doing their jobs and resolving the issues at hand, they instead haggle you into an upgrade when you’ve explicitly said no. I was just in the store (06/20/2023) trying to resolve in issue with a phone after they sent me on a wild goose chase saying Apple needed to resolve the issue instead of them, and that it would be free of charge or at most $30. Well, that wasn’t the case Apple said it would be $400+ and that it would be an issue for the carrier to resolve. We got a note from an Apple associate detailing everything we needed so we then went back to this location due to the time crunch we were in. Dalontae was the associate “helping” us and right off the bat said we should just upgrade. Instead of looking at the notes we brought in and looking up our account he just tried messing with the phone to turn it back on. This is the SECOND time that we was no help in the matters of simply looking at our account and trying to resolve the issue at hand. About two weeks ago I was in to get a new screen protector and they said it would be shipped to my house because it wasn’t in the store. While I still haven’t received anything, it seems that the associates at this location will only give you their time if you’re buying something in order to make their commission. In other words, go to a different location if you need tech help.

Came in for one issue, but Martin helped me resolve things in a much better fashion. Incredibly happy with his excellent service. Give the dude a raise!

Busy busy busy all the time. Only 2 associates working but they were killing it, rotated thru all the customers waiting, made wait time minimum as possible. Dalonte Settle was our guy and he was a gem! Thanks for rocking thru the rush with such a positive attitude and upbeat character to keep it going smoothly in the store.
