i had good experience with each of the employees at this store but I would give Ajla 10 stars out of 5. She was absolutely amazing!! Kind, patient, friendly, hard working and exceeded any expectations I had. I was trying to switch over to a different model iphone I had brought in and nothing was working to get the SIM card activated. i mean, nothing was working. She stayed over an hour past her scheduled time, tried every troubleshooting that existed and finally spent a half hour on the phone with T mobile care to get it figured out. Give this sweet girl a huge raise and promote her ASAP. Best customer service I have had anywhere in ages. Thanks Ajla!!!! You rock!

Ajla (pronounce ey-la) was PHENOMENAL. I was trying to transfer my service from Xfinity to T-Mobile, and had some unexpected complications on the Xfinity side. Despite me having to be on the phone with Xfinity (and present in this store) for >4 1/2 hours, she was patient, and willing to do whatever she could to get my service up and running. Even at the very end when I changed my mind about something, she was absolutely happy to help me make the change I needed so I could get an extra $200 for a line port. I cannot say enough good things about her level of professionalism, patience and compentency. She's amazing.

*WARNING* DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. The manager made my younger brother pretend to be my father when he had to step out to take me to work, and committed FRAUD. They flagged my dads account because of this, and condemned by dads Ssn and has made it fraudulent and refuses to unlock it because of what the HEAD MANAGER did. They will lie and try to blame you for the problems they've created and caused. They refuse to help correct the problem. They are thieves and liars!! Poor customer service!! DO NOT GO HERE!!

We recently were offered T-Mobile Home Internet in our area so I stopped by to learn more about it. The manager and assistant were extremely helpful and within about 10 minutes I walked out the door with the router, which on promotion cost me nothing. It was the easiest process ever and they were both extremely helpful. This is my go-to T-Mobile store from here on!

The staff was excellent at getting me a replacement phone and getting it all set up. It was the easiest transition to a new phone I've ever had. They were friendly, helpful and attentive. This is my favorite T-Mobile branch. Excellent customer service.

I’ve been a customer of T-Mobile for over 5 years. This review is in regards to your online payment service. You guys need to get that checked appropriately because every month when my phone bill is due and I go to try and pay it online your website says my card is invalid (I’ve paid online with it before) so I’m always stuck having to go into an actual T-Mobile store to pay my phone bill when it should be quick and easy to do it online. Y’all need to get that fixed.

By far the worst experience I've had with a Tmobile manager (Austin). I patiently waited for over and hour to get any kind of help. The two associates there were absolutely sweet and kind but the manager was awful, loud, and flat out embarrassed me in front of a store full of customers because I wasn't the account holder. I'll be leaving Tmobile after many years of phone service with them. And a quick tip, please ask your customers as you are checking them in if they are the account holder. Because I understand the security side of it, but up until today I had never had an issue with making changes to my phone line because I've always had the password and account information but had I known I needed the account holder present or authorizing me, I wouldn't have wasted an hour of my time waiting to see my options of upgrading.

4 hours in the store, the store guy had to call the activation support team over and over again and they do not solve anything. Complicated and weird experience.

I needed a new phone and was a Sprint customer for many years. When I went into the T-Mobile Store in Lafayette, CO I received the best customer service I've had from any company in 50 years. Both Kevin (the manager) and Austin a representative were very knowledgeable and extremely accommodating. Kevin went above and beyond to get my screen protector. He also is a very impressive 'hands on' manager. I highly recommend this company. They have the best rates among the top cell phone companies as well as a fully stocked store. Excellent experience. FYI Sprint will no longer exist come August 2022 .. information that was not passed on to me from Sprint.
