If I could rate zero stars I would!! I had the worst experience ever here. I have been a loyal cricket customer for almost 25 years. The rude little girl they have working there shouldn't be in customer service. When a business says they open at 10am that means 10am not 10 after 10. After she opened the door she was rude from the get go. I'm sorry you hate your job not my problem!. She refused me a bridge pay said I wasn't eligible which I was. When I asked for the owners name and number she rudely told me to bad so sad. Who the heck speaks to customers this way? She was rolling her eyes at me and when I responded back in a rude manner she refused me service and called the police. This LITTLE rude girl has no business in customer service. I then left and drove to the cricket store in Northglenn. Way better customer service and I was eligible for a bridge pay. So she not only was rude and lazy she is also a liar! Come on let's do better than this!!

Horrible place they said I got a bunch of free stuff with my phone when the receipt said I was paying for all of it. When I realized they charged me $100 more then other crickets I returned the phone but they kept my activation fee. It was a big scam.

Went in to this location today to upgrade 3 phones and the lady working didn't greet us at all. My husband said hello and she did not respond, so I assumed she was on the phone. I finally made my way over for a closer look and she was not on the phone, just ignoring us. I asked if she could help us with upgrades, and she responded with, let me know what you are looking for and continued to just sit behind the register, never once came to help us. My husband finally went over and gave her our information and she told us the name of 2 phones that we could upgrade to and we had to go look at them alone, without assistance. Finally, my husband asks loudly if she could give us specifics on the phones as there was hardly any data on the info cards. Again, she never came over, just asked back what it is we wanted to know. She rattled off 3 things from behind the register. Obviously we were a bother to her and she was not interested in customer service in the least. Worst customer service ever!!! My husband and I just looked at each other and said we would go somewhere else where they were interested in helping. If I could give her 0 stars I would!

The "manager" at this location is not well trained and had no idea how to help me solve the problem with the service I was having. More important, she didn't want to try, insisting that I had to call customer service. Customer Service means talking to someone about in Mexico or the Philippines...very tough to hear and understand them -- and cricket won't allow their staff to say where they are located - cricket wants to hide this from customers. Phone customer service staff are not empowered with access to historical account information, and they aren't well trained either. They keep apologizing but offer no intelligent solutions, or even a clear understanding of how to find solutions. Overall, from the local store to the online and phone customer service, Cricket is a sub standard cellphone company. Don't waste your time. Do yourself a favor and pay a couple dollars more a month and go with another cellphone company. It will save you time and money in the long run.

Is there no such thing as customer service anymore? Not at this place! I had to "suggest " ways so that this "manaquine" could help me! She was so quick to say there's nothing I can do. I do not recommend even thinking about going into this store.

Poor staff training. Unable to make a payment due to corrupted cricket error and the only thing the staff had inside them to say was, “there’s nottin we can do.”

First time using cricket after quite a few years of prepaid service, I decided to switch my number and take part in a free phone when switching deal. The ladies that work there are absolutely fabulous. It took us nearly two hours to figure out my account information from my old carrier and she did a wonderful job explaining the reason/reasons for the delay, deals and every other question I had. Wonderful staff wonderful service. I couldn’t be happier switching for the first time. They also have a surprisingly good selection of accessories like Bluetooth speakers, chargers, glass screen protectors and phone cases.

Horrible customer service from Karen B today at 1:12 pm. She was rude, disrespectful and extremely unprofessional. And she's the manager!!?? I will NOT be going back. Train your employees on customer service because they have NO idea what that is. Karen could use a lesson on professional /personal boundaries as well. Karen was questioning my motives for purchasing a product. She also "forgot" to tell me that I could not return ear buds that didn't work. When I asked for a refund she said that would come personally out of her own pocket!!!?? REALLY??!! The fellow employee had the same unprofessional attitude. Along with NO guard up and was NOT wearing a mask. Very obvious that there only motivation is a pay check. Ladies you are right where you deserve to be. Good luck staying in a higher paying position.

These employees are the worst. I understand that they don't have control over the crappy company policies, but I really needed help with a 7 month old phone purchase that was covered both by warranty and insurance. Something broke with the charger port, so my phone was not able to connect to a charger- after it died I'd have no phone. I have 3 young kids and felt really uncomfortable about no phone. All they did was throw an 800 number over the counter and send me on my way. I just wanted help and ended up finally leaving when they started whispering and smirking to each other about me...TERRIBLE customer service!! Gave the 1 star because I had to. They deserve nothing!!!
