Today Fez assisted me with my many questions at the North Ave. store. His manners coupled with expertise made the experience so very positive.

Stay away! Stay away from Straighttalk service! Worst customer service!!! So glad I left Straight talk! All the support department can do is apologize and give excuses as to why they can't help. So many excuses and zero help. I cant believe this company is still in business!!!

Customer service was amazing most of them I don't have too good of a customer service experience but tonight she went above and beyond to make sure that what I needed was taken care of instead of trying to kick me out the door because every other time I was there into the closing hour @8:00 It was a really good experience this time and I've had better luck with this location than other locations, So I will be choosing this location first

My experience with this store has been the worst ever. The girls who work there don't help u with ur questions. They are never friendly and so rude . I needed a new Sims card and theyvsaid I couldn't buy one they don't sale them anymore. . They gave my personal information out to someone who pretended to me and they never called to tell me my phone was in

Even though I had to wait two weeks for the phone that I wanted, the customer service was great. Shout-out to Luis C. especially, he took my number down and called me when the shipment came in. He also set me up with my new phone and had me out the door within 15 minutes. Talk about exceptional service!

Janet is an absolute wonder! I watched her balance a store full of people while assisting a very needy elderly customer. She never stopped smiling, never made anyone feel anything but a cherished customer and generally made this store look FANTASTIC!
