Thank you to Juan who helped us switch our service provider over from AT&T. It took 2 visits to the store. He was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and made our transition easy.

Desserae seriously saved the day. I had spent HOURS at the other t-mobile next to the khols and they couldn't figure out that i was an authorized user. I had screenshots, I was on the line with customer service, I had the pin number to my account... I finally left that location (the corporate one, mind you) after four hours and a stress cry and within 30 seconds of going to THIS location, Desserae was able to pull up my profile and immediately see that I was, in fact, anauthorized user. She was pretty baffled that they couldn't figure that out. Anyway, Desserae was super knowledgeable, she got me all the extra stuff my phone needed, put the screen protector and case and everything on for me, got me a new Sim (which other locations said they couldn't do). She's awesome. Definitely come to this store and not any of the others, including montrose. I'll be driving to this store only for any t-mobile needs :) Thanks for saving the day, desserae!

I'm a T-mobile customer and brought my relatives in to consider switching from AT&T. We were met by a sales associate Juan who started out by explaining the plans available that could be bundled with activating 2 new lines with new phones. He was then in a hurry to pressure my elderly relatives to sign up, and made rude comments when we tried to clarify some of the plan details and payments. What should have been an easy sale became an unpleasant experience. Unfortunately this is not the level of customer service that I am used to at T-mobile.

I've used T-Mobile for many years now. The company as a whole has always done right by me! Today I went in to address a few things I was having issues with and was provided with solutions. As well as quick and efficient service. Today a gentleman named Steven helped me tremendously. He was very professional, understanding, and kind. We were able to order a new phone under my warranty, sort some billing, and talk about adding a new line. Thank you so much Steven for all your help, you are AWESOME. Another thank you to T-Mobile for providing such excellent customer care. My expectations continue to be met, and even surpassed.

This store has terrible customer service. Everytime I come in I gotta wait like 45 min to talk to someone when the store is dead beacuase employees are chilling in the back. Also as soon as they find out I am legacy Sprint they treat me noticeably different like I am a second class customer. This store honestly makes me want to switch carriers. Today my phone randomly stopped working it wouldn't even let me call sprint cs so I had to go to the store. When I finally was able to speak with the only employee out front she told me my account was suspended because of a balance. No problem, I paid the balance right there and it did not fix my phone. They lady told me that she couldn't do anything else and that she was the store manager and that I need to leave the store. I had to go to the library and talk to cs via chat on the computer because my service still wasn't working and the chat person was able to get my phone working. The T-Mobile store could have offered me to use their phone if it wasn't something they were capable of doing.

It's a little early for me to rate T Mobile, only had it for a month. So far I am pleased with T Mobile services. Better than my last phone service, Walmart phone. New update on T-Mobile services, phone service is ok. Tried their internet and went threw 3 months of hell. After sending us three internet towers and 2 SIM cards, we decided to send it all back and get serviced somewhere else.

Every time I come into the store on 12th and North, they're always shorthanded , today only one young lady working and several customers waiting, this is completely unacceptable.

On vacation from Florida, and I went in on a whim to upgrade my phone. The entire team at this location was helpful to me and others. Desaray made my upgrade smooth and easy! Highly recommend!

DesiRay is the absolute BEST T-Mobile employee ever! She helped me get set up with gateway internet at 2 different locations, after I was told internet was not available at those locations. She also helped me return a product when employees at other locations would not help with the return and could not even tell me the cross-streets to find their location. This young lady deserves a raise! She is oolite, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I would give her more stars, but Google only offers 5 stars.

I’ve been with T mobile 17 years, I use there internet at my business and it failed today. This store refused to swap out my modem because they don’t want to trade it out for a warranty exchange. The manager was asked and they declined. Did I mention T mobile tech support was on line asking them to do so. Terrible customer service.
