Boost is trying to add crip we don't want ! If you have a problem and call them you go to India Sorry but I can't understand them ! WHY CANT THEY IF I PRESS 1 FOR ENGLISH GET ENGLISH ? DONT tell me to learn another language I'm to old 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I'm very disappointed in them ! I called for 1thing and that was to see how long I've been with them ! I was sent to India, and God knows older people can't understand them the guy couldn't even tell me then hung up on me ! Tryed calling Grand Junction and they could do it either What's THE PROBLEM ? 1 SIMPLE QUESTION AND THEY CANT ANSWER ! Plus BOOST GETTING JUST AS BAD AS THE REST . SORRY BOOST YOU GAVE ME THAT ATTITUDE WITH YOU .

I needed a new phone service and Jordan made sure we got exactly what we needed and did his very best to give us an affordable plan and good phones. He was very attentive to every customer that came in during our visit and worked well with his coworker as well. He advised us on all fees and was up front and knowledgeable about services and programs and promotions. I highly recommend this location. Thank you! We are very happy!

Bought a mobile Hotspot online, suppose to be activated and ready to go. Nothing, not activated...after calling customer service was unsuccessful, I went to store in Grand Junction. A Huge thanks to Jordan Vera at Boost Mobile, for solving the issue! Pleased with my experience. 👍

I love Boost Mobile this is Grand Junction's only Boost Mobile by the way and I know the manager there because this is where I get my phones and service they have a very good selection of phones and phone products Bluetooth speakers you name it the manager his name is Jordan is very knowledgeable and helpful and is a great character you are considering a phone service provider please consider Boost Mobile they are awesome

DO NOT USE T-MOBILE! They won’t care about you once you are a customer. Was promised a new phone for a promotion they were doing and they told me because there was paper work they didn’t give me they wouldn’t honor the promo. Then PROMISED me 200 dollars for a phone that I sent in and only gave me 60 dollars credit. This place it a TOTAL scam. Even cricket is better.

They did an awesome and quick job setting me up with the best phone!

I like Boost because it's never crowded and the two guys that work there have patience and are very nice. The store is extremely small compared to other stores and they have limited selections on phone accessories. As far as coverage, my phone doesn't work in a few places that it should. Overall, I'm still sticking with them because I'm old and I don't have patience.

Extremely poor customer service and absolutely terrible at giving the customer all the information while trying to push products. Don't waste your time going into the store and do things online. I purchased a phone and as stated on the receipt I had 7 days to return it. I tried to do so and was told the manager was the only one who could do the return and to come back the following day, which I did and then was told he couldn't do it because it was past the 7 days now. Not my fault and he would do nothing for me. I also found out he added insurance to the phone plan without asking. If I could give zero stars, I would. Save yourself a headache and use the online service. Ridiculous experience and lesson learned.
