As I waited for my phone to transfer all my info to new phone, I was asked no less than 4 or 5 times if I had been checked in . It was great the service at this store.

Version store is always busy, and a whole lot of waiting. Don't be in a hurry. Luckily, we only needed to buy a phone case, so we were in and out in 15 min.
This place is ALWAYS jamming busy. But I was able to see a service rep in a reasonable amount of time who helped me out and directed me to a phone that was within my means, and what I wanted. I REALLY don't care about what brand of phone I have. And the rep wasn't trying to push me into something I didn't want to have/pay for. I appreciate that. The rep made it a breeze, didn't try and gouge me, and handled my account like a pro. Thank you!!!!

How I wish all of my customer service experiences were as absolutely fabulous as it was today with the fantastic, amazing Casey Lemarr! Not only was he incredibly professional and proficient, he was also delightfully personable. Plus, he not only fixed all the highly annoying glitches on my phone, but also saved me money on my monthly plan and, in addition, got me much better service. Verizon is incredibly fortunate to have such a phenomenal representative- frankly, I was about to switch to T-Mobile but because of Casey I will stay with Verizon. He deserves not only a raise, but also a crown (and, if he wants it, a pony as well!)

Was promised a different price than was on my bill, and now cannot contact the store directly. Ensure that these scam artists take care of you the first time, otherwise it will be a huge headache.

The guy who helped me was EXTREMELY helpful. He was able to fix everything wrong with my account in a timely fashion. When tech support couldn't even find my account. I really wish I paid closer attention to his name, he was so helpful & nice

Wanted to do 10 new lines for my company. Someone took my name, and after over 40 min of waiting, I left because no one came for help. This is wrong.

Stopped by today for help with my account. Noah helped me and was fabulous! Friendly, knowledgeable, able to help me and another guest simultaneously without a hitch! I was in and out of there within 15 min with my problem solved! Thank you Noah! Ps… they are the legit Verizon company run store, not just an authorized dealer. They can do way more for you at this location.
