Old Navy

It's been a long time, & definitely not this location, since my last shopping visit to Old Navy. Son's school clothes selections are. He needs some of everything. Turning 17 in October, another growth spurt. I see what my parents went through. Amen.

Tried shopping here after many years and was blown away with how bad Old Navy has become. I purchased flag shirts for our whole family, mine fit fine but shank after the first wash. This store refused to exchange my shirt for a larger size. No problem, there are many other places to shop as you just lost my whole families business.

*Update* I’m changing my review. Returning items to this store has become a ridiculous venture. Today, the staff member clearly didn’t know what she was doing and almost shorted me half of the value of my return. I had to correct her and basically say, “Wait a minute… That’s not right” before she could rush me out of the checkout line without my full refund. She seemed agitated, probably new and pretty flustered. She just couldn’t manage my return (it was a simple return of 3 items, all under the same order number). Another associate behind the counter eventually helped her, and he was very friendly, but I’m just really over the returns process at Old Navy. It always feels like such a bother for them to have to deal with a return and as the customer, that’s not really my problem. Maybe they would benefit from a dedicated returns department, especially since many people come in to return items in the store as the deals are better online. I saw and interacted with multiple customers who were frustrated with their return process today. It’s just awful.

I never really leave reviews much less a bad one at that but this place bothered me so bad. Every isle was like the one in the picture there was stuff all over the floor and nothing I literally mean nothing was folded in every inch of the store. Even before I went in because I arrived early I was standing outside waiting with a few other people and the person who unlocked the door had a I don’t wanna be here face on and was rude and said nothing as the person before me said thank you and hello. Sure I looked around for a second dodging items of clothing pushing around my daughters stroller but I out loud said I’m buying online this place doesn’t even deserve just the points I wanted to spend. Sure maybe they had a bad night and were understaffed but this could have all been done a lot better.

Told me that I couldn’t return this sweater with stains (on the bottom from deodorant when I tried it on). The manager returned it but supported the cashier, saying they usually cannot accept them. I realize there is a lot of fuzz but it came in the mail with a fuzzy sweater. Not much I could do about that but ‘stains’ is a reach.

Old Navy is a cheap(ish) option for buying clothing that can definitely be worth it. The service is kind and the clothing lasts forever. They keep up with the times and you can buy cute summer/winter/fall/spring clothes (and shoes and accessories) for yourself or your family!

I understand that stores unfortunately fall victim to shoplifters. However, the way we were watched while shopping, and followed, it was very uncomfortable. We will not be returning to this location again.

I was in line today when I overheard an interaction between the staff and the most beautiful, strong, and pregnant young woman. The woman was wanting to make what seemed like an east return and after substantial amounts of distress it left her in tears. Old Navy, how complicated can it be. I was incredibly disgusted at how the whole situation was handled and will never shop at this location again. To the manager(s) and staff that work on Monday afternoons: I hope you get food poisoning for weeks and that your days are filled with nothing but neglect and resentment

I bought two pairs of 5 pocket twill pants one for my son and one for me, but they were really tight in the hips for both of us despite being the correct size. Also it was expensive when rung up despite all the 65% off signs hidng the true price. It was a hassle and very long wait returning it which I ended up just keeping one pair that he can't wear. My experience was not pleasant all around. I won't be shopping here in the future and will stick to Sam's clubs Iron Patriot pants.

I had a wonderful experience shopping here today, and my check out experience was even better. Peter who rung me out was friendly, kind, and personable while managing a busy line!
