Ross Dress for Less

I went shopping 🛍with a friend. First off the place doesn't have enough employees working because you wait in line longer than you even shop. Plus not trying to be racist at all but all the mexicans that shop in that store are rude, they make a mess 😕of the store, let their kids 🏃run all over the place and I could go on and on. It was ridiculously😛 hot🌡 in the😥 store. I was sweating to death shopping in there. On the other hand the store had a lot to offer. I ended up spending $223dollars💳 and I got great👙👢👜 things at a great price.🙂

Wonderful location for inexpensive clothes for any size people. They have a great and extensive collection of everything from shoes to accessories to outfits to baby stuff. I was amazed at the large modern collection of clothes for the ideal person looking to upgrade there summer look to the newest fashion trends out there this is the place for you.

the store is big but there is only 1 counter..even the cashiers are not enthusiastic..just do it through speakers.

Store was not very well stocked and lots of screaming kids running about. Entire shelves and displays were empty and shoes thrown on the floor everywhere. If you are willing to look through ALL of the clothing racks you may find an o.k. deal on a single item. 10-12 cash registers and only one cashier working. Kayla was amazing. She was friendly, kind and super fast at checking people out. Although there were at least 5 to 6 other employees in the store and the line was beginning to wind around the aisle they were slow to add a second cashier. Kayla was the only cashier and she was pregnant as well. I really hate to see businesses taking advantage of hard working employees. I took pictures of the rug and towel section that was nothing short of a disaster. I'm not sure what the other employees were doing, but it doesn't appear that they were working to keep the store clean. There are a lot of seniors that shop at Ross and management needs to clean this store up before someone trips and suffers a serious injury.

The workers here are all disrespectful i shopped here for over an hour and I left my card in my car and they were closing so I left my cart near the line for less then 3 mins and I had my friend run my card in from the car and I go to grab my cart and it mysteriously just disappeared and when I asked MULTIPLE employees if they knew where it had went and not a single one helped me find my cart they basically said sorry dude we are closing and that was it I will NEVER shop here again. They REALLY need to get new employees bc the ones they have now are rude and completely useless.

This place has the worst 5 mile lines all the time. 13 registers only 2 or 3 are ever open. 45 min checkout.

The changing rooms where horrible they had a lot of stains and there where clothes on the floor there was wrappers on the floors and hangers and it smelled horrible and the bathroom smelled like they have never been cleaned and they look like it to the workers where so rude and had and attitude out of all the the clothes are wonderful

I just love the clothes they have and of course shoes. They have things that I didn't know they had like suitcases, home decor, men's apparel, and a lot more.

Besides being crowded allll the time. There are some bargains in this place. Name brand. Plan to be awhile. Its eye candy. ☺😄

Most of the time, this store is organized. If we are suggesting cleanliness, I would definitely suggest this store😎
