Store is great with the remodel but this trip was made extremely uncomfortable because Loss Prevention was FOLLOWING ME EVERYWHERE. They're in plain clothes but I'm a psych major and body language speaks volumes so it was easy to spot him. Every department I'd go to he'd be close by with the same 2 items in his hand. I was there for nearly an hour because I have severe allergies and I have to check the labels on everything so it takes me a long time to shop. He was still walking around with those 2 items after an hour! After trying on my clothes I opened the dressing room door and guess who was there waiting for my room. Same LOSS PREVENTION guy. Scurried right in behind me to check the room? (*Insert eye roll*) I spend so much money at Target and to be treated this way is absolutely disgusting. I don't know what made him follow him but if you're Latino or Black, prepare to be followed!!!

The store was clean, the customer service was great. I was in one of the electric carts and went through the self checkout line. The customer service rep that was in that area was very kind and asked me if I needed help with anything. I really appreciate it that from him. I was able to check out on my own. The women's restroom was not clean. Toilet paper all over the place and no seat covers. That's the only complaint I have.

Updated Review 2023: Renovations undertaken and rightfully so. This branch was showing it's age and how it's changing is really 👍! Aesthetically, the store feels fresher, cleaner and brighter. What's even better is the product section has improved tremendously with better products. At this time, the meat and bakery section is not yet done but, I am sure it will be better as well. In terms of the other departments, more products variety is definitely welcome for us, customers. Only thing we, customers are experiencing now is relearning where everything is due to changes in layout. Still, I don't mind as the store is much better. Overall rating 4.5 ⭐ Only holding back a 5-star rating is the Restroom 🚻 situation. It's been refreshed as well, upkeep needs to be closely done. Although, it's more the people who use these Restrooms. ________________ Review : Dec 2019 Love Target BUT (!!!!), cannot understand how their buyers do not get the simple rule of "supply and demand". Take for example Tillamook Yogurt, my husband's favorite. This product is rarely stocked and if one is lucky, left with barely enough. Case in point, today (see pic). Another product almost always out, Starbucks Cold Brew. BTW, this is true even in their Stapleton branch. So, are the Target buyers on top of their game or just not getting the supply and demand right? Still, count us as your loyal customers. Just wish you could make our shopping easier and more convenient. Initial Review: 2017 Convenience, town center location offer other shops and dining options. Parking is never a problem and have almost always breezed through check-outs. If on peak times/days, the wait at the counter is very minimal as the self checkouts has really helped. One thing that this branch needs is more produce variety. On my recent visit, I have noticed that they have streamlined the clothing section versus the former cramped displays. Product selections, specially for wearables and house goods have always been great yet affordable. Four stars instead of five only because, more often than not, they do not carry smaller women's shoes sizes (5 / 5.5).

How're you going to have 5 self checkout registers down, 3 operational, and 1 standard register open with lines wrapping around isles? Walmart has more open self checkout registers.

Extremely rude customer service! It’s sad how bad customer service is these days, nobody cares. You would think that Target would train their employees better, but clearly that is not the case, it’s too bad the store is so close to my house otherwise I would never step foot in here ever again.

A family member of mine was walking past electronics and then past the guy that sells cellphone plans. Inspite of clearly letting him know multiple times that they were not interested in a cellphone plan the guy kept pushing to the point of harassment. Shoppers are vulnerable at this Target, please go there at your own risk.

I live near this location and I have been a reliable and frequent customer for years. I stopped by yesterday just for a couple of memo books and during my check out I had the worst experience. I scaned the items and when prompted to pay everything when fine except ticket didn't print. I looked at my statement and payment is pending so called the agent (forget his name) and explained the situation b/c I didn't want to leave without recipit. So he called in this rude girl called LEX. She said she is the manager. I explained the situation again and even showed her the charge on my account. She yelled "Mom I can't do anything. You have to dispute with your bank if you have a problem. If you don't have a receipt and leave you are technically stealing it" . I felt really humiliated. If I had the intent to steal or just leave, why would I call for help in the first place? I tried to call my bank and prove it to her but there was wait time and she did not even wait for me. She just said those rude words and left. I left the store feeling humiliated and leaving behind the items I payed for. I called on wellsfargo after I left and disputed the charge but for me it was not the money ( It was very insignificant bzw $3.43). What hurt me was the way she treated me like I am some kind of thief. That encounter ruined the rest of my day and that will be the last time I will see Target.

I just had a baby 7 days ago so I’m doing pickup orders while I recover and while he’s still immunocompromised and I came to target thinking that was the most reliable place for that, put in a pickup order at 9am, showed up at about noon, was told they had no idea what my pickup barcode was, had to leave and come back later, came back at 5pm to show them my barcode and be told carelessly that it doesnt exist (no attempt to find it and I clearly had my full order, with this targets address on top, saying ready for pick up now) and told to just reorder it (I was already charged) and wait two more hours to get it. I ended up just leaving and cancelling and going to a different store because clearly the one thing that the pickup desk is meant for is too much for them and not everybody can just waste all day waiting like that. Extremely irritating experience for a brand new mom. Edit: I also called about a dozen times while waiting for the second time I swung by to try to figure out if they got it yet and didn’t get an answer. Called every other department and no answer from any of them. Classy!

Today while shopping I witnessed two plain clothes male security members intimidate and question a minor female customer with out a guardian present. The way they spoke to her was completely unprofessional and unacceptable to speak to any customer let alone a minor girl. I’m not sure why they thought yelling, and demanding she get off her phone while she was calling a parent was okay but they did. I am very concerned and will be avoiding this location in the future.

20 people in line to check out at the 4 self serves. 11 check out lines closed. Pharmacy refused to let me pay for 3 pharmaceutical items there even though there was no line. Bathrooms closed. Had to use porta potties out front. Absolutely no customer service. Will not go to this Target again n
