The staff was amazing. It's rare that I find a pair of shoes in my size and the color I want. I literally were 13 in women's, and they had 9,10,11,12,13 that's amazing!!! That's so rare.

Pretty nice selection of clothing. The store is well-maintained and adequately staffed.

This is my favorite place to shop for clothes. I love the relaxed fit and throw back styles. They also have modern looks and great small gifts.

Thw employees seem to really know what they're doing in here and that's awesome. But the store is always an absolute mess. Every piece of clothing is tangled together on the racks or falling on the floor and the pricing is pretty outrageous for the quality. I do think some of the pieces are stylish but nothing more extraordinary than forever 21. I'll keep shopping here every once in a while but it's probably just not my thing

This place is proud of their stuff. I looked at just a key chain and it was outrageous. Their prices were ridiculous!

Nice Urban Outfitters. The store is a little smaller than most but nice. Went to check out their Vinyl and was a bit disappointed because they were a mess. Totally out of order and scattered about. That being said the store and staff are nice

A little overpriced in my opinion, however, my daughter loves the clothes and was able to find a good amount of items for the new school year. She is a picky teenager and her style changes every 5 minutes so the fact that she was happy leaving the store, is what matters. 🥰

UO has the cutest clothes, I love the style and atmosphere very much! Despite the amazing clothes, unfortunately a majority of the staff was COMPLETE opposite. Only about 2 out of the 7 associates I saw were semi-nice to me as I shopped. One female associate working at the fitting room was incredibly snotty, gave dirty looks, slammed the door when she led me to the fitting room, and just down right rude. The other rude employees gave dirty looks, and didn’t even ask if my shopping was going okay/ if I needed help or not. I recommend Urban Outfitters clothing, but I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS LOCATION, my experience was horrible as a result of treatment from the incredibly rude staff.

The inventory is retro-vintage with boho styles. The price mark ups are considerable for low quality product, but mall rent and employee wages need to come from somewhere. Best time to shop is the sale on sale.. If you want the same items for a fraction of the price shop SHEIN online.

Some of their employees are really nice and helpful, but a few of their employees are just downright rude or lazy. Manager accused me of stealing after coming back for the second time that day (after having spent a good amount of money) to simply exchange a belt. Wasted 3 minutes of my time even after I emptied my pockets and proved it was my wallet causing the beeper to go off. Ridiculous.
