Every employee here is on it when it comes to customer service. They were very polite and helped us with finding the right fit. Keep up the amazing work.

This is the biggest Vans store I have ever seen. Great selection of products both full price and on sale. Staff was friendly and had a knack for inserting promotions into small talk.

Had a really nice experience today at this store shopping for kids shoes. The sales guy that helped me (younger with hat and beard-know that probably describes a lot of the workers lol) was awesome! He measured my kids feet and offered some suggestions on styles. He was friendly and attentive. Same good customer service with the check out person, who updated us on promotions and checked us out in a timely manner. Very impressed with the workers and the great variety of kids shoes. We will definitely be back!

Great Place if you know where to find it. My son had a gift return because of the Vans his sister bought him. I have to say that the Retail Associates at this store were Awesome! We traded up for a different color, and they continued to give Excellent Service throughout the process. I wished that I had gotten their names, but it was an hour before closing. That is the reason for the 5 Stars!!! Best Service Ever!!! Now that we know where the location is...We will definitely be back!!! Thanks!!!

The store is a pretty good size, but it's the staff that makes this location extraordinary. Everyone is very friendly and incredibly helpful. I was looking for a specific style that is hard to find and a team member went out of there way to not only check online, but to call several local stores until they found a pair in my size. Great customer service.

Store manager “Dave” is very rude, condescending and tried to embarrass me in front of his staff and other customers for making a return. This store used to have great service, last few visits felt like I was trying to get into a night club and wasn’t on the list. Get over yourselves.

My teenage daughter wanted to go to her very first VANS store so badly but the one in Utah had a ridiculously long line so she didn't get to go. Then we came upon this VANS store on our vacation and it had no line out the front door! The staff was so awesome! All more then willing to help us find exactly what my daughter wanted! Great energy to this store, all great people must work here!
