Ross Dress for Less

Great place, nice staff. Only one staff member that is ridiculous. Obviously hates her life & job. Has tattoos on her right arm, wears glasses & has brown hair. I did not get her name. Not worth it. Should quit her job & would fit perfectly as city bus driver. She fits the profile.

This is a really good location. I shop at Ross often and try to get to different ones as much as possible. This particular store is well organized and clean. I was there on a Saturday at mid day, and the crowd was light for a Saturday in December before Christmas.

Its a ross. But Ross seems that y be the same as before covid. All stores are like half empty, and peices are not far from getting the product on original manufacturer place

I generally love shopping at Ross for the great deals and selection, but at this Ross, the selection is poor and doesn't seem to change often. The main dressing rooms have been closed since COVID, so there are only two makeshift dressing rooms at the front of the store. On the weekend, the lines to try on clothes are ridiculously long and associates seem frazzled and unable to help patrons. I hope this Ross is able to increase their staff and hopefully make changes to their store to provide a better shopping experience for their customers.

I added all my stuff up and then when she did it was $80 more I won't ever go back to this place and NO ONE ELSE SHOULD EITHER

Very little stock and only one cashier, there were 6 people in line and no help!

Like the yard sale of department stores. I don't expect much but always find great deals.

I was there the other day and there was a girl With special needs there with a signature book trying ti get signatures. After showing the book to 4-5 people she took it to the dasher and showed her. The cashier was a lady with short hair, who was super friendly and sweet and signed the book for her. Went above and beyond for customer service and made it an inclusive environment. Definitely think she deserves a promotion!

Ross is the place to get new clothes without paying an arm and a leg. It's the halfway point between a thrift store and a department store. I always shop here for athletic clothing, shoes, swimsuits, and formal outfits for weddings and work. They are fantastic!! You do have to take your time going through things, as clothes are usually mixed and there's a huge variety but it's always worth going if you have time. They also have a decent selection of home goods, and even some dishes and kitchen things. This section is pretty variable, so i don't usually go here if I'm after something specific. They always have a lot of pretty stuff though, so it's a good place to find gifts. One star removed for super long check out times, but still worth it.
