Nordstrom Rack

He is the most wonderful assistant manager. It was extremely helpful and resolved my issues quickly. Staff was friendly busy as usual. So be patient waiting. They do a great job. Highly recommend.

This is one of the only local stores I continuously shop at, in person. They have such great deals on everything in the store. There is just as much variety as shopping in a Nordstrom department store, but the store is open and bright, organized and a joy to shop at. I always find business casual outfits for work and I LOVE THE SHOE DEPARTMENT/Section. I come here to look for shoes before anywhere else. Most all of my other shopping is done online. I prefer the convenience and the access to a huge selection of items, that may only be in the warehouse. So I do shop at Nordstrom Rack online and in person!! Good return policy that I’ve only used once and it was seamless and quick. LOVE the Rack!!

Lots of stuff. Still rather prices for a discount store, in my opinion. Neat, clean, staff could be friendlier. It was ok.

I came in today with my bestie, he's visiting from out of town and there isn't much to do in Fort Collins other than mall crawl. We ended up in this store as we were making the rounds, we instantly headed for the back. My friend tried some heels, he's always been curious about them and as a queer man he should be allowed to explore those things. Yet as we headed to the men's shoe area I instantly noticed a man in a purple button down trying to play off BADLY that he wasn't AP. Unlike the rich wine moms that shop here, I used to work retail in my teenage years. I know what AP looks like, I'm not stupid. Especially when I heard him over the phone describing me and my friend and saying we were stealing. I then saw this same guy REPEATEDLY, popping up everywhere I was. Him and fellow employees were essentially watching us, so we left. Never coming back.

Nice store, but I had to drive 45 min back the next day to get an alarm taken off the pants i bought.

Nice store but disappointed As the person who bagged my items double checked the shirts for security tags and did not take this off my shirt. It’s a timely manner and I don’t have time to take this to a store before I travel. What a bummer.

I love this store!! Has lots of good stuff but also not enough styles!

I used to love this store, but lately it's been cluttered and disorganized. My main problem, though, is that the dressing rooms aren't separated by gender. It's really uncomfortable to try on clothes with a guy standing outside the door.

I like their selections and pricing. Great place for a male to shop; get in and get out.

I went a few days ago and picked up 3 pairs of shoes none of which were over 60 bucks each. All brand new. I picked up a pair of new Nike, a pair of new chuck Taylors and also a pair of house slippers. I normally go there for my converse Allstars but these guys have the best selection of shoes for a really good and discounted price!
