Ross Dress for Less

Clean, organized, and not crowded in the mornings. Justin helped us at the register and was fantastic - he was chill, personable, and genuinely willing to help.

I forgot about the great bargains you can find at Ross. We get so busy making purchases online and forget about the bargains and great finds to be found at some of the discount stores. There was a great variety of clothing, shoes, luggage, food, and dishes. I found sundried tomatoes at a fraction of the price I paid at Walmart, and I got triple the amount! That's just one thing I bought. I found a beautiful bedspread for $39.99! I know I couldn't make a similar purchase at Walmart or Amazon. It's worth going back to the brick and mortar stores.

Poor customer service. I came shopping in my street clothes, and was followed around the store like I was a thief. The manager is clearly cracked out because she shes chewing gum and doesnt have any gum in her mouth, which obviously gives tweaker vibes. I shop here alot and have never been treated this way. Little do they know, I can afford to pay the salary of everyone working tonight. Be careful who you profile, you never know who you might encounter. 😜

The product shelves were nearly empty and the place was a mess. I get that the customers that come in there tear the place up (which is super unfortunate) but you need employees to tidy up. I feel like Ross never has more that 5 people working at a time, and only one of which is at the register. We literally stood in line for 20+ minutes while one employee slowly rang people up like she hated her job. I probably could have gotten on a ride at Disney World quicker.

Place did not have much merchandise but I still found what I needed. The restrooms were apparently out of service. I don’t believe them based on their face.

Very upsetting! Management (the younger horrible mannered girl)THIS GIRL HAS MULTIPLE TIMES SHOWN MY KIDS AND I PURE OUT RIGHT DISRESPECT FOR REASONS COMPLETELY UNKNOWN TO ME, SHE IS A FLAT OUT DISGRACE TO THE COMPANY AND RETAIL /Customer Service all around!! MIND BLOWING AND VERY DISHEARTENING HOW multiple times here she's been passive aggressively speaking down to us very unnecessarily EXPERIENCED negative encounters w HER ! AS SOMEONE WHO WAS SHOPPING HERE ALL OF THE TIME, I CAN ASSURE IVE DRAWN A LINE AND HAD ENOUGH SO I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION (I WILL ALSO NOT CALL HER OUT BY NAME ONLINE, ALTHOUGH TEMPTING, BECAUSE SIMPLY PUT, I'M JUST NOT AS CRUEL AND CHILDISH AS SHE HAS PROVEN HERSELF TO BE NOT DO I FIND JOY IN HARASSING PEOPLE) BUT I WILL MOST DEFINITELY BE SURE THAT IVE REPORTED HER TO ALL OF THE APPROPRIATE PEOPLE POSSIBLE TO HOPEFULLY IGNITE CHANGE AND ONE CAN ONLY HOPE They'll Choose THEIR CUSTOMERS AND THE SHEER REPUTATION OF THEIR STORE, REDEEMING THEMSELVES BY PROPERLY HANDLING OR DEAL W THIS UNFORTUNATE SITUATION GOING ON IM SURE DAILY IN THEIR STORE & SHE'LL BE MADE UNABLE TO DO THIS TO ANY OTHER CUSTOMERS MOVING FORWARD. WE WILL SEE.

Its a pretty good Ross. Cleaner than most of them. The store is medium size and has limited inventory. I usually find some gems though.

Store states that they close weekdays at 10:00pm. Arrived at 8:50pm and the second door inside was locked. 3 teenagers working there just stared at us as we attempted to open the doors. One of the girls working there proceeded to play with her hair and continue talking to her coworkers. No one said anything. They acted like we weren’t there. Is it normal to lock your doors and hour and 10 minutes before the store closes???

Went shopping with my mom today and Gisele the young lady at the cash register was very friendly and really kind to my mom. I'm definitely coming back to this location because of her customer service!!!
