Store was clean, well stocked dressing rooms clean. Only complaint was I was pushed really hard to apply for a Penney's credit card on check out. I politely declined the three times I was asked but after that the clerk turned rude. If managers is having the clerks push their credit cards so hard that the clerks are bitter when they can't "sell" you one, management needs to back off. I do not need or want another card.

The lady that made the comment about a rude employee Antonio We were there at JCPenneys to by towles and other stuff.We were standing in line to check out.We notice a customer not reading Signs on where to stand to be check out.She was doing her job she was very nice and polite!You need to tell the truth you were in the wrong stay off your phone and you could have read the sign.. Keep up the good work Antonio 馃憦 馃憤

The fashions are generally pretty boring. Most of the common sizes, on a lot of items, were missing from the shelves. The Memorial Day sale pricing was not impressive at all. After looking through the men鈥檚 section for over an hour, I did not find anything that interested me so I left without buying anything. Unfortunately I cannot recommend shopping here. Personally I will not come back.

I went into the salon last Saturday for the first time. The manager C was able to get me in for a cut and full highlights. She was very professional and did an amazing job. She was great at multi tasking with doing my hair and continuing to great other customers as they walked in/by the salon. I will definitely be returning in the future for more service.
They did a wonderful job on my daughters "enchanted fairy photo shoot".

What happened to Jr section they use to have cute clothes now not so much

Came in 15 till closing picked out a suit and pants back out the door before they closed. Staff was very friendly and didn't rush us.

Ive always liked JCPenny!! They have great sales right now and that definitely helps during these difficult financial times.. but.. the best part was the cashier who checked me out!! Kind.. authentic.. and truly enjoyed her job!! I will go back to this store because of her!! She deserves a raise for exceptional customer service馃憤馃憤馃憤
This JCPenney is now sucks! You have to park a mile away and even pay now. Stupid I will go to another JCPenney's

Jc penny is one of my fav store. We love to buy stuff specially on clearance sell there. Customer service from Dorie was awesome. We鈥檒l definitely visit store again.
